They make you wait for refunds
The hat didnt fit and i am having a right nightmare with the return even though they received the return on the 7th i requested them to issue the refund but i have to wait a further 14 days...... its a joke i want my money back

Great cap!
Great cap. Really like the shape of 9forty. It doesn’t slouch on the head at the front. Picked this model with cloth strap rather than plastic strap at rear. I have a minor head issue where I can get a headache. The cloth strap at rear is softer on the head. Quick delivery by New Era also.

The selection they have is amazing. They always have a variety of caps of the different styles and its a simple process. One thing is that I would have liked it been free delivery but oh well. Overall satisfied.

Back of the cap was so small
Back of the cap was so small, it fitted me still but it looks ugly!! The shape is not right like one side is smaller than the other side. The previous one I got was perfect but with this one disappointed.😡, got it from Amazon too and that was worse wasted £75 ffs
