Newevers website states the company is Latvian based, governed by US law and specialises in hand sewn cotton/linen clothing. The clothes on the website look beautiful but they are not the clothes you receive when you order. The company is a Chinese based company that mass produce cheap polyester copies of the photographs shown. After requesting a refund I was first offered a 20% discount on my next order then a 30% discount. When I refused I was told I would have to cover the cost of returning the items (to China NOT Latvia) even though their Terms and Conditions state the company will pay the cost of return. As I had paid via Paypal I contacted them to see if they could help. They did offer to help with the cost of postage but would not give any guarantees that they would stop allowing this company to use their platform to sell their goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Total SCAM. The clothes do not match the pictures shown on their website—cheap fabric and stitches. The clothes are oversized and don't fit at all. I complained in many emails, and they NEVER refunded my money. If I could, I would give zero stars.
I never had an experience like this before. It is shocking to see their dishonesty.

Its a scam!
The products did not look anything like on the website. They were cheap, really cheap, fabrics. Nothing was embroidered as advertised. And nothing was even wearable. Customer service told me the refund experience is "a little long and cumbersome" and made me take pictures knowing nothing was embroidered to begin with. Making me wait 5 days to even talk to them again. I will though because I want every cent back! It's a hassle. Don't buy from them to begin with. NONE of it is worth it.

Whatever you do … do not order from this scamming company . The good comments are clearly bots. The clothes where nothing like the images at all they are printed rubbish material . Look nothing at all like the images and the clothes were huge . One of my dresses even had the design completely cut down the middle and sewn together the pattern didn’t even match .

My online experience was effortless to navigate. I chose my purchases and completed the entire experience in a matter of minutes, with no issues. I love the clothing, pricing, and results. I am now a member of yours.

Have not received my first order. Would like to know when it will be delivered

The styles and fabric prints are gorgeous. However it took me a few minutes and a couple of tries to finalise the purchase. Having been offered a discount for subscribing, I’m unsure if it was applied. Looking forward to the flowing, beautiful midi dress which I have purchased, and am hoping it comes before I go on holidays.

I ordered 3 tops from newevers.com. All 3 were advertised as 95% Cotton-5% Nylon, however, the 3 tops that were shipped were synthetic, and definitely NOT 95% cotton. The print on 1 was so bad it looked like a poorly taken photocopy of an original, and sloppily printed onto the synthetic material. Because they misrepresented the material of the products, I tried to return them, but was first ignored, then they tried to offer discounts to prevent the return, and then finally they approved the return to a Chinese address that Google maps couldn't find. The cost of postage back to China was half the original cost of the tops, and because I was told at the postoffice that it may be a bogus return address, I decided not to continue with the return process. I would strongly recommend that you not purchase from Newevers.com.

Clearly written by Bots, the 5 star reviews are nonsense. Here are some I copied because I feel sick for ordering from this ridiculous scam, and now I can only laugh at 5 star reviews like these:

Nonsense! Keep those fake 5 stars coming!

Should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this company. They were exactly as bad as most of the reviews state. Only part of the order arrived and the items - listed as linen on the website - were polyester. The sizes were not as described are were out by about 4 inches! Horrible clothes and terrible customer service afterwards!

The photos of the clothing look exquisite, but when I opened my package I was so disappointed. The quality is nowhere near that of what is pictured.

Getting a refund was impossible!
It says on their site that that'll offer a full refund if customer is unsatisfied, but all they offered me was a 20% off coupon on my next purchase!
Well that's redundant, as I would never buy from this site again.

Beware!

While it appears some reviewers said clothing was too big, my experience was the opposite. I used the sizing chart but large proved too small. HOWEVER trying to make an exchange was completely discouraged AND after spending over $100 (5 items) the best they could do was offer 30% off one item. They said I could keep the clothing BUT I don't know anyone who would want them. Most people I know who would find these attractive are my size or larger. I will never order from them again AND do NOT recommend this company for anything.

I appreciated the organization & way the items were presented. Also, I could not complete my order all in one go & thought I would have to start all over again; but was pleasantly surprised when I received an email with items listed that I had placed in my cart. I also appreciated the free shipping. Thank you Denise M

The worst form of deceit! Picture shows flowing nylon layers, but I received a plain shift, with printed layers! Sadly I can only dream about the picture I was tricked into buying. I will never order again from this company and I see no option for redress.

I really loved the variety of styles available and the colors!

These people are scammers. I ordered a number of items last year; months later an incomplete order arrived containing shoddy goods of synthetic material, nothing like the 'linen blend' pictures that looked so nice. Customer services kept trying to offer discounts on further orders (as if) instead of a refund, and withheld the return address for months. I posted the items back to China as soon as they released the address, and haven't heard a thing in 7 months. So that was £75 down the drain. Don't touch them.
Would give them negative rating if that were possible.
