I dealt with John Brew

I dealt with John Brew. We paid him a deposit of $500 for a car to be picked up in a month and taken to Florida. There was no communication and impossible to ever get a straight answer. On short notice I was given a date the car was to be picked up. I sat there all day and no one came. John Brew kept telling me he was on top of it and not to worry someone will be there soon. As the night went on I stopped getting an answer. The next day John kept telling me he's moving things around and he'll get it done. Guess what? Nobody came and John Brew from New Kings Auto Group stopped responding. I requested a refund the next day and he told me he'll request one to be processed. Told me to give it a few business days. When that came and went he said it'll be either end of day or next day.. Guess what? 14+ days later and still no refund. This company plays games and after reading their Google reviews I should have known better than hiring them. I don't know if I'm being scammed or they're just a horrible run business and can't afford an$500 refund.
