Drive okay, left unfinished and didn’t clear rubbish away. Had to get rid of bags of sand, empty pallets and packing to placate neighbours. Josh and Callum worked their guts out, but I feel that they were let down by the company.
I trusted the company to finish the job while I was on holiday- please don’t make the same mistake.
Stephen was my main point of contact and was easy to deal with from start to finish. Callum and Josh were also very friendly and hardworking. The team got the job done quickly and to a high standard – the driveway looks really good and everything was left tidy.
Overall, a smooth and professional experience. Would happily recommend.
Problematic to deal with. Very light on details about job. Quote is very vague which is then used to blame the customer if there are any questions about the work. Very dismissive of the customer when questioned on any of the work.

Turned up and filled in two ponds, level off garden and re-seeded as arranged. If you have any problems after they have gone and paid in full don't expect them to return and put things right. After several phone calls and 8 weeks I am still waiting. Promises and a 10 year guarantee means nothing.
Turned up when they said , All work carried out to a high standard . Completed on time . Very happy with the result . My drive is everything I wanted it to be . Thanks Steve and all your crew

Choosing good driveway installers was a minefield; you can’t guarantee that the more costly block paver will necessary be the best quality and, equally, you can’t be sure that the lowest priced block pavers are a genuine bargain. I had seen Steve work before it was a very good price and he delivered exactly what he said he’s work is excellent and credit must be given where due. He also has picked up lots of other work in Harborne from word of mouth and what people see and is fast building a reputation for himself, Well done and thanks
