I am totally satisfied and more than happy with my Gatsby Fabric 2 seater sofa, armchair and footstool. Probably the most beautiful and comfortable furniture that I have ever owned. They have been slightly customized for me at very little extra cost. So, aside from producing amazing furniture, this company will also happily work with you if you want something a little personalised for your own home.
My only (small) criticism is, having been promised it by Christmas it didn't arrive until late January (although I accept Covid impacted), and, although being promised my furniture would be unpacked on delivery, my sofa (the heaviest piece!) was left packed.

(Pictures available on my google review). I needed a corner couch of specific sizing and the usual well-known furniture shops did not have the right combination I needed. I decided to look for a local place which could make custom sofas – pricey but was sure the premium would be worth it.

I found Newman & Bright website, it looked convincing so I took the time to go their warehouse and see some sofas. What was on display was good enough. I specified the needed sofa with Rafi, paid the 50% deposit (£1,492.50) and awaited delivery date. The service over the phone was appalling – demanding remaining 50% before delivery despite being told at first to pay remainder after delivery. Anyway – paid the remaining 50% and then a sofa arrived.

The attitude I had experienced told me I really had no option but to live with the disaster of a sofa that was delivered. It was nowhere near the quality of what was on display.

I have a new, similar, excellent sofa from Sofology at the cost of £2500 (good value) and I managed to get rid of the hideous Newman & Bright sofa for free £100.
