terrible passenger experience

terrible passenger experience, learn how to drive at least a little smoother, wtf is going on with the heavy breaking and repetitive revving then breaking then reving again., im often quite motion sick when getting off.
its gross! and as for date of experience its every time i use the service, its ever date i got, and i use them twice a week at the most. wish i didn't have to. Learn how to drive! come back stage coach!

There was a card machine error which…

There was a card machine error which wouldn't accept my card for payment so was told I had to pay cash which I accepted as I was getting change from my purse the driver raised his voice and said in a disgraceful manner are you getting on this bus or what? You have to pay.. By the way my young son was with me, I felt absolutely embarrassed and upset infront of the other passengers ..this driver had no manners and certainly no customer training..all this because there was an error with the buses card system..

Buses don’t do the route the suppose…

Buses don’t do the route the suppose too number 36 bus didn’t go up to Celtic springs waited over an hour for it come only for it to turn around at asada and go back to station.Worst bus service in Newport,it is disgraceful that they allowed to make it up as they go along.

Great experience

I had a great experience with Newport bus today . I was able to track the bus on their user friendly website , much better than TFW. The bus was on time , clean , smooth and driven extremely well by the polite extremely competent driver . Well done Newport Bud

Verbal abuse

I was subjected to a torrent of unprovoked verbal abuse by the driver of a T7 Traws Cymru Bristol-Newport service on 23rd November 2021. Apart from a promise by an Assistant Manager to investigate, I have heard nothing more to this day. It is perhaps no wonder that the driver laughed at me when I said I would complain.
