I have been using newsflare now for about 2 years now. I like filming footage as my hobby and when I found out newsflare can sell your videos I signed up. I have sold 137 videos so far and made over £2k. Highly recommended if you want to earn some money for your videos. And the team are great with communication when selling your videos.

I've been working with Newsflare for about a month now, made a couple sales and when/if I need something, I message support and they reply within an hour with a useful and friendly solution.

They're the best and most pro-active team in this business; they own a broad and solid network of contacts within the news/entertainment sectors; they are straight, honest and transparent; they are easy to get in contact and exchange ideas or solve problems... end of the day, they deliver! I've sold several clips via this company, mainly cute videos of my kids doing funny things. Some have sold several times over and I've been paid quickly to PayPal. Recommended this company to friends too and many of them have also made money

I have uploaded to many agencies over the last 10 years, both pictures and video and Newsflare have the best business to client working out there.

They only deal with video, probably because the sale of 1 video is worth 2-4 picture sales (at least).

The uploading is easy, you can generate keywords from your caption, then add more if you need.

Everything is user friendly, nothing has become much of an issue for me.

Then we come on to sales. There are agencies out there that when you sell your content, you might be paid (if you're lucky) in a month if it is in the UK, but usually 3 months, and if it's a sale to someone overseas, it's likely to be 6+ months.

If Newsflare sell to a UK newspaper or TV news, then you will see the money on your Newsflare account within hours of it being used, then they pay you by Paypal within 12 hours of the initial sale!

That is a business model that I think is unrivelled at the moment, Corbis were thinking of doing it until they were sold to VGC years back.

If you sell your footage via their agency partners throughout the rest of the world, payment can track between 2-3 months.

Sales wise I have sold videos (direct) through Newsflare from £35 - £300 (that's my 50%).

When I have had payments from their agency partners around the world, one video sold for more than £1500 (so I got 50% of that)!!

You can email their newsdesk with any questions you have or to flag a video uploaded, and they are quick and polite to respond.

To be frank, they are the best agency I have used for a decade, and I hope to continue using them for the near future.

One can trust Newsflare's with a blind eye . It has one of the best payment system , Transparent and quick . Newsflare is continuously expanding its business which is also beneficial for all the content partners including me associated with it .
Another Important Aspect is transparency in each and every sale including royalties ( Even if its after years)

One of the best companies in terms of trust and payouts. They make the best deals with the agencies and pay you 50% of what it earns.
Quite a great platform to sell your videos and nobody else would have done it better than them.
Transparency is what I liked about them the most which is very much missing if you go to other rivals like Storyful or Viralhog.

I would very highly rate newsflare , as a dashcam user I upload to various sources online, I regularly get approached from various media outlets concerning clips.
Early on several outlets were given permission to use them and also sold them to press , however some do not pay up quickly if at all.
Newsflare have always paid quickly and give a 50 percent split on any sales you make but also can repeat sell. They will also chase anyone using your content without your permission saving you hassle. It's a great way to share things you catch with the possibility of making some money also.

I am a freelance photographer and photojournalist who has been covering events in Hong Kong over the past year.

I use Newsflare to pitch my videos to the likes of Reuters and Associated Press. The Newsflare team are very helpful, in giving tips and advice and even editing your videos to pitch to their clients.

Newsflare take 50% of your earnings, but they do work for the money.

I mostly use the smartphone app to upload videos direct from the scene, which I find works well. The only issues I've had is with connectivity, which has nothing to do with the app, but actual problems connecting to a 4G network in huge crowds.
