Great support, using their newsreader app works really well and quickly. Highly recommended! There were times that the server was unavailable but an email to support had this working again within an hour but this only happened once over the period of two years.

Wishing the posters/uploaders would add more meaningful descriptions to their stuff. Searching is not always a good experience.

The basic - usenet access and retention is in place - good speed and most usenetgroups are available. But the newshosting app ( usenetbrowser) is outdated and support is not very efficient - "Its always you who has done something wrong". even the last 10 times i have contacted them showed that they had a system failure. But anyway has used newshosting for around 15 years

This company is shocking, their interface for sign up is terrible and difficult to use. They make it difficult to find how to cancel and when you do cancel they still charge you. Be careful, I've had to block them on my credit card as the option to cancel on their site does not work so they just continue to charge you and hope you don't notice that you are paying them each month and on top of that its expensive 23 dollars for this service is what i was paying which is crazy

I just signed up for the service and have not been able to login even once. I may have caused the issue but changing my username before logging in the first time but now I am locked out and no one has contacted me.

Support was great when I had a problem. All sorted out straight away.
