Poor experience

Poor experience. User interface for creating e-mails has very basic tools however is not intuitive to use, and takes time to create a very basic looking e-mail.
The support is very poor. Tried to use the online chat and had to give up due to the time taken to respond. E-mail support is just as unhelpful, there is very little effort to understand issues that were raised and to find a resolution.
The 'English' website and e-mail templates have many German sentences, this makes usability difficult for Non-German speakers.
Personally I thought I was buying e-mail credits, and not a monthly plan. Perhaps this is lost in translation when the website was translated. So beware of auto-renewal each month of the 'credits.'
Would not recommend.

As a customer i really like …

As a customer i really like newsletter2go. To be honest I use this service only in a small range but it is well designed and easy to use. From a perspective of using the service it is really great.

I read the comment from the girl before (understood not everything). It seems that she was unlucky and only wanted to write a bad review because of her experience as an employee. I am not sure if this makes sense here but it is not up to me ^^
