Not worth your time.

Signed up for this about eight months ago and cumulated 2450 points, including the misleading £5 (500 points) To qualify for a reward, you need 5000(£50) points and based on my experience, it will take at least a year and a half. Not worth the time.
There are several other similar sites with low payment thresholds and better rates of pay.

Nothing new here

Takes a long time to build up to a reward. If you don't give the answers they're looking for so they can get their desired (manipulated) statistics, the survey will freeze or boot you as inelligible. It's blatantly dishonest when you get to know it.

Partner surveys are now almost all unpaid.

Their own surveys are great, but both of their partner survey providers do all they can to avoid paying for your work. I expect that from the execrable Samplicious, but Dynata is also cheating me out of my survey earnings too - 5 surveys in a row, and New Vista support is doing nothing to help.

It' just a con job

Absolutely appalling company and a complete waste of time. The send a survey you fill most of it in then, after they've got the info they want, they tell you that you are illegible for that survey. I will be unsubscribing from this con and suggest every one else AVOIDS them too.

Shocking

Shocking. I have a lot of experience with survey companies. Newvista have behaved shockingly. I have been a member since 2011. Last year they stopped sending me surveys. They closed my account and kept £17 of earnings. No contact, no help from customer services when I complained. Robbers!

Not worth it anymore, bordering on scam and imminent closure inevitable.

Not worth it anymore. Joined 10 years ago, used to earn atleast £50 a year now it’s gone downhill. Very dodgy company now especially when they introduced that crappy tap, double tap system that goes on forever in surveys. Don’t bother. I just unsubscribed. Better alternatives out there like yougov and nectar canvass.

Totally agree with Elaine

Totally agree with Elaine, two reviews below. I have been a member of New Vista for seven years, and have had £300 out of them, which isn't even one reward a year. I don't exactly need the money, but it gives me a break as I am sat at the computer most days.
On my last claim I too found I couldn't have the cheque payment. I had been told this would be updated to a bank transfer, but no, just vouchers, which I have lots of. I e.mailed to ask why this had happened and never had a reply, so had to take a £50 voucher and drive to another town to use it. Since then I have hardly qualified for any surveys, usually getting one invite a week but always getting rejected.
Yesterday I was on a train and got an invite worth £1.25, got half way through a survey and then was told I had to rotate my phone. This took me to a blank screen, so I tried to refresh, then used the back button, and was blocked from the survey. I sent a screenshot and details to New Vista, was asked for details I had already given, and then told it was by fault - like trying to rectify a fault is a criminal act.
OK, I don't intend to waste any more time on New Vista, or their owners, Walnut. I have £10 in my account. I need £50 to claim, so I guess my £10 will pay for the staff party this Christmas. Bet it is a real hoot.

Very Very Happy Survey Taker

Been doing surveys here for a few good years. Never had a problem with extended or broken surveys. Pay-out has always been prompt. £50 is a long way to go and I do more some weeks than others but it's consistant. I'm fine with the payout sytem. I always have an Amazon order ready for the payout :)

Avoid

I have been a member of this once great site for years. As a disabled person it gave me a £50 cash payout every couple of years, as surveys are few and far between and often cut you out (usually after spending ages).
I have just got to the threshold today and went for payout only to be met with e-cards, which are useless to me as I have bills to pay (don’t think credit cards accept Amazon e-cards). I enquired about this only m to be told that they changed the payout July 2020 and cash is no longer an option. This is obviously on the back of coronavirus, more than likely being given loads of unused e-cards by companies so they can stay in business, and the fact that people (who had jobs and a salary but were just staying at home) got wind of taking surveys and consequently ruined it forever for the disabled, elderly and mums who used them as our little “salary”.
New vista said it was on their T’s and C’s but who reads those more than once?
Not even an email to members or an online message to say this was happening. It’s just shocking and a dirty backhanded way to treat loyal members who have slaved away at these surveys for years for that measly £50.
Just a downright con, whilst they rake in big bucks from the companies getting them to send out these surveys.
Don’t waste your time as this could well turn into another survey company that just closes overnight, without warning, taking your hard earned rewards with them whilst they laugh all the way to the bank.

I'm really happy with NewVistaLive.

I'm really happy with NewVistaLive, I take one partner survey per day via the Dynata link on NVL website, giving me 50/75/100 points a day, and any Newvistalive surveys I am emailed that I qualify for, which is most of the time.
I earn points quickly and reach the pay out threshold (5000 points, £50) every two months on average.
My last two pay outs were 26 April& 21 June and I currently have 2960 points.
I am a little disappointed they removed the cash payment option although the range of vouchers offered instead is okay.
I also won £50 in their draw a few months ago!

No surveys anymore

Used to be good, but this year only 5 surveys have paid out and now I don't even get any surveys to try. My points haven't changed for over 2 months so it looks like I'll never reach the next payout.

Was good, not now

I have been a member of this site for many years but recently I have found that when surveys are sent to me I have to answer very many questions and am then told I am not eligible. It used to be good but it's now really frustrating. And it seems that I am not the only one after reading the reviews on this site.

Unfair practise

Like many others I have been a member of Newvistalive for many years but as other reviewers have pointed out the site seems to be going downhill. Frozen out after answering many questions and strangely I am not far off the £50 pay off too. Come on Newvistalive play fair or pay up.

no payouts

I have been 25 points away from 5000 points/withdrawal amount and the random odd survey that comes from the site does not open or states already completed. Yes looks like they are not paying out. Shame I was enjoying their surveys over the last few years. One can never do too many as it's invite only and takes approx 12 months or more to accrue the 5000 needed for payout

Grift cards

You don’t get cash here no point wasting your time.. there are better survey providers that pay via bank or PayPal which is what most people want..

Too restrictive with the money you earn here it’s not very helpful at all..

A new trick to avoid paying you.

I have been doing newvista surveys for a long time and have noticed a steady down turn in my results, In my last 11 surveys I have been screened out of 8 completed and been paid for 1 and had technical problems on 1 The latest one they have a new trick, They ask profiling / security questions at the beginning of the survey i then went on to complete a 20 minute survey, once fully completed I get a screen pop up saying You failed one of more of our quality checks therefore you will not be paid for this survey, But the security questions are at the beginning of the survey so they dragged me through the whole labourious 20 minutes of questions after I had failed their checks, before refusing me payment, They got my "completed" survey and I get nothing,

get close to withdrawal amount all surveys stop from dynata the 3rd party provider and the only surveys they send you via email you wont qualify for, so making any money on this website is extremely difficult avoid it, go with life points, panel base, prize rebel for fast pay-outs..

Newvista, you've got this information. If I don't meet your criteria, DON'T WASTE MY TIME BY SENDING ME AN INVITATION. You're just being lazy by not screening me out before sending the invitation.
