Absolute terrorists. Con men . Please do not use this company . They will rob your hard earned cash and do nothing to help you. The fee is near £600 not the £100 they state . They only contact you once a year to get payment then you are ghosted for the rest.

Service is poor, they kept asking for more money since March website is still not running and saying it's secure. I tried to contact them on several occasions and customer service is appalling.

NWDM were very good start to finish. Any issues I had with the website were quickly resolved in a very professional manner. All members from each department that I dealt with were very helpful the entire way through the process.

Scammers, -Avoid-They hook u in with £99.00 website then they demand more and more money every month, I paid £950 even then I didn't get a basic website, when I asked to go to another company they said to pay another £200 to leave then when I paid that then they demand another £200 for the contents of my website, complete SCAMMERS.

Have been with New World for a while now and they never seem to let me down. Ben was extremely nice over the phone and very polite. They delivered me a hight quality website which does very well for my business.

They are a proper 2 bob outfit,nothing but issues from day one,thats 16 months ago.I agree with everybody else whos had bad dealings with them. Still not right

You will never ever have a good working service for £99. They will soon want to empty your pockets.

Absolutely awful. They promise you a great website and to be designed within 24hours, 3 months later im still waiting. They also tried saying after agreeing a price for the website they now need more money and when I declined they became very rude! AVOID

I've had a website for a year come to renewal time I didn't want to renew I was told I had no choice that I have to renew with them. Had to send them an email saying I want this in writing for the ombudsman they agreed I have now canceled

All round great company and extremely happy with my website! Very interactive and high quality content. The staff are amazing and I would 100% reccomend them to anyone who hasn’t got a website and or is looking to upgrade their current one.

Awful company. Promise you everything then when the website is ready they inform you that more money is required for it to go live and be visible. The actual website was poorly constructed. When you complain about your concerns they do not reply. It seems once they have their £120 initial fee they’re happy and the consumer is left high and dry. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Never go to them. They scam people and take money out of you and give one page bad website. While they promise 4 page designed page with content management software. I did not get anything, they are not ready to discuss or hear from you. I have lost £1000 because of them.
