Scents are out of stock often, and I paid for a 1oz scent per month and never received them. It would be nice to have sales, discounts, or coupon codes. However, I must say that the scents are definitely top tier, strong (not overwhelming) in candles, soaps, body & bath products.

I love the fragrance oils! The only problem is they go out of stock frequently and stay out of stock for long periods of time. Can't really count on them when you need them unfortunately. Shipping also takes long than my other suppliers.

Quick shipping and great smelling product

I love the personal notes. They have such quality fragrances and it's so affordable for a tiny starting business like mine. Also, remember to whoever is reading this, shipping times are not their fault(mine did arrive on time but it is approaching holiday season). Once it's handed over to the mail carrier, it's up to THEM(another entirely different business) to be timely.

I did inquire on website and on Facebook about my order and never received a reply. Customer service not your strong suit. I did finally receive my order timely. The bottles are in plastic ones, so I changed them to glass so they keep longer.other than that whether I purchase again from your company is questionable at this time.
