Wesley & Sara did a fantastic job getting our house buy through super fast. In normal circumstances stances this would have taken double the time however, they made it work. No problem communicating... See more

Samuel Ogden & His team
Brilliant service throughout in helping us get our first property, worked well within time frames, kept us updated throughout the whole process with detailed information, everything done as expected, 0 complaints and would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is purchasing a property.

Wesley and Sara were unbelievable throughout the whole process
Very professional
Always at the end of the phone when needed
Can’t recommend enough!!
Jayne and Rebecca = amazing
Jayne and Rebecca were a fantastic team for my house move. Such personable ladies who kept me in the loop and fought on my behalf. I will 100% call on them again in the future and would highly recommend them for any future customers.
Great service
Great service, kept up to speed through the whole process of selling and purchasing our home.
Great communication from both Jayne and Rebecca.
Many thanks for all your help!
One star is too high.
One star is too high.
It was the worse experience I have had in buying or selling a property. There was a total lack of communication, resulting in me repeatedly chasing them for information, and only finding out at 3.15pm the day before completion was due, that it wasn’t happening. In that phone call I was given incorrect legal advice about the next steps. That resulted in my flat then completing 8 days later without me knowing about it! And me still living there! Since then, they have sent over a confusing completion statement- I’ve asked for clarity about my costs to Nexa. Because despite admitting mistakes, and an email from them saying they will return the interest they cost me because of their incorrect legal advise AND a different email saying there will be a reduction in my fees, I appear to have paid even more than my original agreement of £1500, not less. And I am struggling to find the £700 compensation they claim they have paid me. Nobody wants to go up against a large law firm, but it feels they are being deliberately confusing.
Mistakes happen, I understand that. And I have had to think hard about putting a review on here. I would rather it had just been dealt with properly- apology, here’s the £940 back that we cost you, and a reduction on your fees because you did not actually get the correct standard of work from us. Problem solved. Instead, I know have to go the to the Ombudsman and Law Society for a resolution. Maybe they can explain where the £2,300 I gave to Nexa has been spent.
Wesley and Sara were professional and…
Wesley and Sara were professional and patient whilst doing the conveyance of my parents home, it was a long and complicated process. They were definitely the right people for the job and I thank them very much.
Excellent communication from team…
Excellent communication from team members both with client and estate agent. Very clear instructions with gentle nudges to myself, the client, to complete documentation. Thorough and professional. I’d definitely recommend them.
Next Law
I would highly recommend using Nexa Law for any property transactions . In particular Jayne Atkinson and Rebecca Healey . They were both professional and approachable . I was kept fully informed at all times and emails/calls were always responded to quickly . The service was excellent .
Sale of property…
Victoria from Nexa Law was very efficient and kept us well informed on updates of the property sale. Would have no hesitation in using Nexa Law services again and would certainly recommend. Thank you Victoria!
Very helpful…
I had issues with land registry after purchasing a property. Wesley and Sara went above and beyond in chasing up the department until everything went through. Thank you hugely to both.
Zahrah was beyond amazing
Zahrah was beyond amazing
Zahrah was beyond amazing. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable and competent does not even begin to describe her. My purchase, because of issues caused by the vendors, was challenging to say the least and not helped by either the vendors or their solicitor, neither of whom seemed to have the faintest idea of what they were supposed to do or when!! I am now in my new (to me) home and very happy to be here.
A bunch of useless bandits
It would be hard to describe the appalling service we received from this crowd of bandits without using swear words. Despite having a named person dealing with the sale and the name of her supervisor, we have now been waiting 16 days with nothing but silence from either of us for a sale to complete. They have everything they need, the buyer is able and ready to complete, we're able to complete, and yet when we ask for an update we're ignored and it's dragging on and on with no reasons whatsoever given for the delay. I'm going to have to report them to the SRA very soon. They need a rocket up their backsides. PLEASE, EVERYONE, SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS. Go and employ a professional company as well, one that has the right skills and is capable of communication with their clients.

Excellent service in every way

Would definitely recommend & will most definitely use again.
Great Service, Cannot fault
We cannot fault the service we have had from Victoria and Paula. We are first time buyers so the whole process is new to us, and Victoria and Paula made the process so easy. We were constantly updated as to how everything was going and no question was a silly one. We would definitely recommend using Victoria and Paula at Nexa Law - thank you for all your help!
Jayne Atkinson & Rebecca Healey
Jayne and Rebecca were absolutely amazing, constantly keeping us up to date with progress and helping keep stress to a minimum. 5 stars doesn't even begin to cover how amazing these two are. Both lovely ladies were really kind and understanding as well as accommodating around working hours for me and my partner. I couldn't recommend anyone as much as I would these two. Keep up the excellent work both and thank you both again so much!
Gayle Defries was proactive and persistent.
Gayle Defries was easy to communicate with. My house purchase came with multiple challenges in terms of getting information from the vendor and their solicitors; Gayle remained persistent and proactive throughout the process.
The Conveyancing Dream
I cannot thank or recommend Jayne Atkinson and Rebecca Healey enough. Within the process of buying my first home, the easiest and smoothest part of the process was the conveyancing. Communication was clear and understandable. Queries were dealt with promptly and the whole process was very efficient. Huge thanks to both Jayne and Rebecca who are a credit to Nexa Law and it was a pleasure instructing them and I strongly recommend them to anyone buying a house.
Honestly the worst experience I have…
Honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a law firm. Worked with them as they were linked to the auction house, and previous sales went well with their previous solicitors, Gordon Brown.
Completely unresponsive to emails or questions, like genuinely just completely ignored. No phone calls, no and for some reason put in a condition of sale that depends on the title deed being updated (ergo Land Reg doing their admin) before it can complete rather than satisfaction the lender is removing their charge (as evidenced by lender). Now myself and buyer are waiting for Land Reg (backlog currently huge) before it can complete. Absolutely insane. Could be months. Never ever had a transaction like it. My other solicitors are equally as baffled.
I will be logging a formal complaint with them and the ombudsman as this is having an huge impact is huge on my business and other developments.
Zahrah Aullybocus is brilliant at her job!
Zahrah Aullybocus did a brilliant job with the sale of our old house and purchase of our Grade 2 listed property. She was always very responsive and no question was a silly one (or at least she made us feel that way!) and gave us the time we needed to make informed decisions. She is incredibly dedicated to her work and we are immensely grateful to have had her guiding us through the house sale/purchase process.

Rina carried out the conveyancing for the sale of our flat. She was highly professional and proactive in her approach and communications. She provided excellent advice, responded to queries promptly and yet managed to provide a personal touch. I could always call her for advice and she would call to update me at key moments over the sale. Her commitment was genuine and she went the extra mile to get the sale completed on time. I would not hesitate to work with Rina again.
