Excellent , my parcels have always been delivered on time always informed by email or text message . My parcels have aways been delivered in good condition . I have never had a problem with anything would recommend to anyone that Next is a great way to shop

Fast customer service

I purchased some bedding items from Next.sa, good quality-price ratio. Faster delivery than expected and excellent customer service.
One of the items was not delivered but I was surprised how promptly my e-mail was answered. The team was very efficient and I received a reinbursment for the missing item after providing the info they required. That gave me alot of confidence in their services so I would defenetly order online again.

Love Next…

Love Next sales but also the permanent clearance section on their websites. I've had so many bargains! They do lots of other brands too, which are included in clearance & sales. Their full prices are also reasonable though, especially 'The Set' items. Some packs work out at £7 for a dress. Also some items have another tab for matching or coordinating items which is really helpful.
