Paper Application
I had emailed this company to gain an application via the postal service. Honestly, I was not expecting a reply. I did receive a reply and the responding email was generated by someone who explained the reason they do not send a paper application anymore. I was disappointed that I can't get a paper application, due to extenuating circumstances. But the person was very informative and gave me other options for the application process. I am planning on trying one of the other services that were offered.

Good Product
It seems to do what it says and there is little tweaking to be done so I'm very happy with this product. Of course there is always a learning curve when you get a new product. Also their customer service is very good.
