Absolutely worst estate agent that I have ever dealt with. Amir is not only rude aggressive and a bully but a crook.
When moving into the property he black mailed me asking me to remove my review and only then would he refund my secure deposit once all this was cleared up and I was able to move into the property he moved me into a property that was not gas safe. The cooker was immediately dangerous once reported amir told me it’s not his duty to supply any kitchen fittings in a rented property. On finally agreeing which took them 8 weeks to sort out which he made me
Pay for the new one which I was reimbursed by the landlord.
Stay clear was he is a night mare.

I bought my new shine and Next Chapter were the selling Agents. I feel that they went above and beyond in finding the right property for me and my family and following it through to completion. Hayley was always on the phone to offer advice and reassurance. I also used their in-house mortgage advisor Zing, who were excellent. Always kept me up to date and speeded my 6 week move for me. Would definitely use Next Chapter in the future.

Amazing customer support and service from start to finish, achieved a very good price for my property above what I was expecting! Wish I'd have listened to their advice on solicitors as they clearly know best! Far better service that you will get with a bigger agent who all seem to forget you after you agreed on the price, couldn't recommend them enough!

Cant praise enough Hayley and the next chapter team at brentwood for all their help moving date in 19 days. Haven't moved in 27 years so needed a bit of support and Hayley was there to answer all my questions. Thank you so much you made a stressful time so much easier for me. High recommendations.

I would NOT recommend Next Chapter they are by far the worst estate agent in Brentwood , why does Amir feel the need to make up posts on linkin are they struggling for new business??
I sent next chapter a detailed email of what to write which was then copied and pasted into right move , all the reviews here are hard to believe.
Next Chapter are chasing me for 250.00 i felt there was no need to pay this as they did no marketing and did not show my house to any prospective buyer they promised the world yet delivered NO results!

Please be careful before you sign up with next chapter do your due diligence no estate agent has reviews like this be very careful and do not get sucked in.

This is the second time we have used next chapter to sell our property. Both times they have been brilliant! They secured a buyer within record times and the sales completed smoothly. The team at next chapter always kept us informed and uptodate with what was going on at all times. We also used the recommended solicitior who were also great - they were professional, quick and thorough.

We would definately recommend Amir and his team at next chapter and will be using them again for our next sale and hopefully purchase!

We dealt with Next Chapter when purchasing. Considering that we were not actually their client they could not have been more helpful. Special mention must be given to Kelly Farnan who called me with updates, sometimes on an hourly basis, worked proactively to push the chain along, and was our sounding board when the frustrations of the conveyancing process got too much - nothing was ever too much trouble for Kelly. We would not hesitate to recommend.

A very honest Estate Agents which is hard to believe I know. Very efficient and professional and so very fair and helpful, I would certainly use them again with no qualms at all, a very thorough service indeed.

A real breath of fresh air. Competent, helpful and very fair. Not words we'd come to associate with estate agents until now. We cannot recommend Amir and the team highly enough. I wish them continued success which they really deserve. I can't see us ever using another estate agent!
