Was very easy to order and great that everything was in stock one one order

Dear Next Day Catering Customer Service Team,
I do apologise but I am helpless so I am waiting here !
I am writing regarding Order Number 3111925358259, placed on 19/11/2024, for a chest freezer for our business.

Despite being a loyal customer who regularly purchases restaurant supplies from your company, we have experienced extremely poor service regarding this order. The chest freezer was never delivered, and after a delay of 3–4 weeks, we requested that the order be cancelled and a full refund issued.

It has now been over one year, and we have still not received our refund.

Over the past year, we have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter:

Numerous phone calls – your telephone system does not connect.
Multiple messages submitted through your online portal – all unanswered. Emailed Sam and customers service!
No communication or update from your company at any point.

This level of service is wholly unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and financial disruption to our business.

We demand an immediate refund for the full amount paid, plus appropriate compensation for the extensive delay, inconvenience, and the significant amount of time we have had to spend chasing a resolution.

If we do not receive a full response and refund within 7 days, we will have no choice but to pursue formal legal action against your company without further notice. This may include filing a claim for the outstanding amount, compensation, and all associated costs.
I expect prompt action.

I would have given no Stars if possible. Shocking service from the outset. Once pre paid for items (3 x 16litre Friers) arrived nothing but bother with them. Next Day Catering weren’t interested. Within 3 weeks one was completely burnt out. Examined by an engineer and all working parts badly installed at factory. After weeks of one excuse after another Next Day Catering said they would have new parts sent out. That was 10 weeks ago and yet still nothing. Despite repeated requests for update all Next Day Catering day is that they are awaiting a reply from their supplier.

The don’t provide a contact telephone number and will only communicate via email….. eventually.

I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional and incompetent service in 50 years of business.

Avoid Next Day Catering at all costs.

Easy to use website, variety of discounts and promos and competitive prices for the same items founds across many stores. This is the second time I've purchased from Next Day Catering this month.

Item deliver outside my shop and let unattended, refound is imposible, customer service is the worth I ever came across.

We have a model of this fridge that has just about given up. We were pleased with it over a number of years hence buying a newer model to replace our old fridge.

Still waiting for credit note since beginning of month. Not told at the time that items ordered were now discontinued but are still on website.

Still waiting my goods which were supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days

I googled for some kitchen equipment for my restaurant. The prices were competitive and i was also given a £10 discount which made it more attractive! Thank you. Looking forward to using the equipment ad this is my first buy from next day catering.

looking for a new table as per usual go on internet came across this company , so easy to use . best of all prices are best . normal go to company so much dearer , will always try them first now

Run away from this company when you see them. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would have given them zero stars. Customer service is zero and when you order items it excessively delays. I ordered 4 Vogue Insulated EPP Food Transport Box 46Ltr GN Size 600x400x316mm. After delays in delivery; only 1 instead of 4 was delivered. I have been trying several times to get old of customer service but to no avail. They hardly respond to email.

Appalling customer service, Goods arrived damaged, i sent an email and was told no refund for damaged goods could be given, after serval email stating what my consumers rights were, it was agreed replacement tables would be sent. 1 table was sent although i purchased two. I once again sent several email stating i wanted to be refunded. 4 months later i am still waiting for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY VERY QUICK. IF ONLY I RESERCHED THIS COMPANY FIRST, I WOULD NEVER HAD USED THEM
