A total pleasure to deal with. I messed my order up Matt and Gary have been outstanding in trying to help me and have made a potentially stressful situation a breeze. Purchased Protex vinyl flooring. The product is total rubbish and not fit for purpose. It marks incredibly easily and it is impossible to wash. I emailed Next Day Flooring for advice on how to clean it and received no reply. Would not use again. I am giving two stars instead of one because the product was delivered promptly.
Really good operation - having been let down by another suppliers I ordered non-slip bar flooring from these guys - came within 48h plus phone answered quickly and helpfully when I had a query. Less pricey than the other supplier too - recommended!
Amazing customer service -- I made a mistake when ordering but NDF were super helpful and lovely to deal with, and they went above and beyond to arrange a swap with their supplier. Very grateful and would definitely recommend!
