BIG SCUM
I book through them,they charged me extra than the original price and when I went at the hotel was no booking at all.
NEVER BOOK WITH THEM

So far every time I want to book , at every click the price goes up.
I trust them as much as 1.3 billion Chinese don't trust a certain bloke. That's why they're not allowed to vote? He probably runs ndh as well..

interesting how they still have a 2.3 star score despite only having 1 star reviews. these companies are run by criminals. do not book with this.

This company is a scam .. we had booked hotel but unfortunately when we arrived no booking had been placed. Lost £160 … do not use this company ! November 2023 for reference

We booked a hotel at the George Hotel, Frome, UK for two nights and paid the fee by credit card. When we got to the George Hotel, the manager told us that they had no idea about the booking and did not do business with nextdayhotels. As the hotel was fully booked we were obliged to stay somewhere else, and now I am trying to get my money back from Next day hotels, but I am not expecting to. I am pretty convinced this is a scam as I have not heard anything from them for about a week

Booked a nights stay in Cedar Court Hotel Huddersfield via Nextdayhotels and paid them £120.82 on 7/7/23 and when I got to the hotel was told by the manager that the reservation had been cancelled and there were no available alternative rooms - I had not been informed of this so wasted a journey to the hotel. I had to contact Nextdayhotels twice in order to get a refund of only £109.96 on 20/7/23 - a profit of £10.86 for providing absolutely nothing and costing me a wasted journey. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Seems the hotel is not happy as they dont know where the cheap rates come from.

It's a total scam! No idea how they showed up on Google maps when I was looking for hotels in Spain. NextDayHotels displayed a price much lower than any other platform. I've booked and paid for the reservation, my credit card got charged via a different company name, while on their confirmation email there's other company details. Including the main address in USA that is a simple post box. Not even an office.
Stay away from this company.

Very poor, incorrect listings, wrong data, wrong map spots.
Take hotel listings from other web sites and badly transpose them without any consultation with the hotel.
Impossible to contact for corrections or removal.
