Wood must be clean, dry and free from frost. Moisture content should not exceed 18%. Clean off any old microporous stains thoroughly and completely remove old paints or lacquers. Always wear a dust mask when sanding. Fill small cracks, joints, or holes using Osmo Wood Filler. For flooring: finish sanding with P120–150 grit For furniture: finish sanding with P220–240 grit. Remove all sanding dust with a vacuum or broom. Wood can vary in texture and absorbency, so always carry out a trial application on an inconspicuous area to check the final result. Application Apply using a cup spray gun, airless/air mix, or HVLP system. Recommended application amount: 35–40g/m² per coat. Apply evenly and thinly to avoid pooling or over-saturation. Approximate coverage: 24m² per litre (per coat). Apply 2 coats for optimum protection and finish. Allow each coat to dry for 6–8 hours in normal conditions (at temperatures above +5°C and with good ventilation). Follow the manufacturers instructions found on the packaging.
