Overview The ideal filler for repairing larger areas of damaged plaster, plasterboard, and masonry on walls and ceilings. The specially formulated powder is easier to apply than plaster and gives a smooth, white, ready-to-decorate finish. The powder will not slump, shrink or crack allowing you to repair areas of damage up to 50mm deep in only one application. Prime any nails or screw heads with an appropriate metal primer and ensure the wiring is insulated or isolated. Application Always follow the manufacturer's instructions found on the packaging. Test on a small area of the surface to ensure compatibility. Mix two parts filler to one part water, for a smoother consistency add the water to the powder. Mix to a smooth paste. Wet the area to repair to improve adhesion. Apply with a filling tool such as a filling knife, float, or trowel for smooth finish work in sweeping strokes. Gently clean off with a clean, slightly wet tool cleaning the tool between strokes. Once the surface is firm but before it dries re-wet and polish with a clean tool. Allow at least 24 hours to dry before decorating.
