This place is seriously a joke~ ordered 2-3 day shipping because my car is busted and in the shop so I'm stuck home fiending for nicotine.. little did I know they planned on taking damn near the whole work week to actually put it in the package and get it out the door meaning in ADDITION to that I'd have to wait 3 days for shipping. It's pretty disappointing when your customer pays extra for speedy delivery in under a week and you take that long just to get it out the door. At this time my order still hasn't shipped and this morning I hit up customer service to cancel my order.. took them a while to get it canceled but at least their customer service agent was polite.. giving 2 stars because i'm trying to tell myself maybe they were backed up or just had too many orders coming in and because the customer service, while slow, was very polite. Either way hire some more people or figure something out... when your store is called "next day vapes" and you physically don't even bother shipping the order for days and days after it's placed you've kind of lost my business.

ok people are butt hurt about next day vapes being 3 to 5 business day shipping well here we go, everyone is a standard 3 to 5 but its not enough for this now generation i ordered my headbanger at a price that is unbeatable by anyone on the web period. some things on the site was overpriced but still to be expected with some companies. customer service called me before i called them to ask about my order and answer a few questions. shipped on a monday received on wednesday will be ordering from these guys again for sure.

This site has the slowest service i came across in a long time. Charge your account right away, only ship part of an order because I paid for 2-3 day and dident get that for 5 days. They don’t work weekends so nothing ships.

The company is called "Next Day Vapes", but they don't even ship products ordered by the next business day. Expect wait times after ordering, and longer than promised shipping time. I will definitely be ordering from elsewhere next time.

I bought two starter kits (part of a larger order) and the tanks are both defective- one leaks horribly and the other shattered in my hand right out of the box. This is a manufacturer problem, of course, but I expect a retailer to offer quality products and to put the customer first when there's a problem. Their website claims that customer service is "always available" by chat- definitely not true. No one was available by chat the two times that I attempted to reach them, so I sent a message both times. I have not received the prompt response that I was promised- nor any response at all. As I have lost my patience with this brand new tank leaking my expensive liquid all over me, my clothes, my car, and my furniture- I am now forced to buy new tanks elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed with nextdayvapes customer service and will not trust them with my business in the future.

I needed overnight delivery to a hotel in the U.S. to a friend who was willing to bring it to me in Burundi, where I work at the Embassy. Because the mailing and billing address were different, the order was declined. When I phoned to explain the situation, the phone line didn't work, and the chat function resulted in a curt refusal and then I found myself locked out. Finally, the order was declined some 12 hours after I made it, leaving me no time to make alternative arrangement for getting an e-cigarette from the U.S. to Burundi. Extremely irritating -- I won't ever buy from these guys again.
