I am incredibly impressed with Nextgen…

I am incredibly impressed with Nextgen Real Estate. From the moment they started managing the block in Dalston, they have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable living experience. The team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their residents.

The property is impeccably maintained, with clean common areas and beautifully landscaped grounds. Any maintenance requests I've had were addressed promptly, often within the same day. It's clear they take pride in keeping everything in top condition.

Communication has been excellent. Whether it's through email, phone, they are always quick to respond and provide helpful information. The staff is friendly and approachable, making it easy to discuss any concerns or questions.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're looking for a reliable and caring property management company, I highly recommend Nextgen Real Estate, They have exceeded my expectations in every way!

Immoral and incompetent

- [ ] Fail to respond, and/or incredibly delayed to respond (weeks, sometimes months).
- [ ] Rarely meet agreed timelines.
- [ ] Constant unprofessional excuses.
- [ ] No suitable cover in place when immediate team is OOO.
- [ ] Rude and aggressive communications.
- [ ] Sexist behaviour (responding to male residents in a very different way / timeframe vs female residents).
- [ ] Breakdown of communication with the freeholder.
- [ ] 0 transparency on where budget has been spent (both in general, and within year end accounts review…legitimate spends should have receipts - if they are not available, it seems they are biding time to forge these non-existent costs).
- [ ] Poor management of vendors.
- [ ] Negligence / health and safety issues (Eg. harmful chemicals used in communal areas with no warning resulting in serious illness, allowing continued leaks, sealing off a fire exit, not providing a fob for resident to enter or leave the car park for months, not changing access codes in good time after a confirmed break in, not disposing of materials that could be a fire/environmental hazard, the list goes on…)
- [ ] Severe delays to lift repairs, extenuating disabled residents suffering.
- [ ] Allowed building to fall into disrepair, affecting residents physical, mental and financial wellbeing

Horrible site management and hand off to tenants

Moved into new flats in Weybridge. Been 8 weeks and no bin service. Turns out we weren’t registered with the council. Told cleaners were coming. Nothing. Rubbish everywhere. Was told they are managing the site, but there are security issues, confusion and chaos. Am starting to regret purchasing this flat that was sold to me as a luxury purchase. At 500k I expected better service.

Unscrupulous cowboy developer, do not trust anything they promise you. They lie.…

This developer leaves lots of jobs unfinished. They threatened to relist the property if we didn’t complete and promised to complete all snags and finish the communal areas once other flats were finished. We are still awaiting our snags to be finished and there are many things outstanding in the communal areas. They keep saying these things need to be fixed by the maintenance company (who haven’t fixed them either) but really they are the developers unfinished jobs. They will try to pass the costs of fixing these things onto the flat owners via the maintenance company- if they ever get fixed. They also will not reply to any emails I send (I’m female) but they will (even if non compliant) answer my husband. I find their refusal to converse with me very offensive.
