I had purchased the HF8 pad which is an awesome product. One of the haptic motors stopped working, so I contacted NLR Customer Service via email to report the issue. Within less than 24 hours, Calieb from customer service had responded to my email explaining that he was sorry for the problem and what info he needed to make this right. I returned the info and with a few more emails back and forth, I received an email from Calieb with the tracking number for the replacement HF8 unit all with in under a week. I can't say enough good things about the NLR Customer Service that Calieb provided to me and will continue to shop at NLR.

There product si solid and is incredible. Every product i buy from them is of the Highway quality premium. In addition there customer service is amazing and they always respond rapidly. I highly recomen there rica and all there products. When I need anything they are my first go to choice. AMAZING
I bought a HF8 and an haptic failed sometimes after, i contacted support and Calieb answered me within the hour and got a replacement in two days at the door. I'm very satisfied about the customer service he gave me.

I am based in the US and ordered a GTRacer 2.0 from Dell.com. I received it but one of the plastic covers was broken upon arrival. I reached out to Next Level Racing customer service and received amazing service from Calieb. He took care of the issue right away and are sending a new piece. They earned a customer for life! If I ever upgrade my rig in the future I am going NLR for sure.

I recently purchased the DD wheel stand 2.0 via maplin for use with my fanatec csl dd wheel base. Could not be more pleased I ordered this stand as the fanatec products do not contain mounting bolts (quite strange to be honest)
This wheel stand came with ALL the bolts I needed to mount EVERYTHING!!! ✅
Super clear instructions, I did not need to use the video links but they were available if you would find that easier.
All in all, absolutely brilliant product and would recommend to anyone that wants to start sim racing but doesn’t have space for a full cockpit.

I recently bought the GT track S009 racing seat, and after being used a few times the recliner leaver has broken.
There is no way to replace the piece as it is covered by the seat leather, forcing me to buy a whole new gram and seat as you cannot buy the seat separate. After spending £700+ I expected a free replacement as an item of this price should not be this weak and prone to breaking. I do not recommend buying this specific seat or any seat with a reclining mechanism as there are also multiple reports claiming to have this same problem. Up your game Next Level Racing.

I inquired with NLR for a recommendation for a new cockpit seat, and told them what I was looking for and what I had to mount it to (F-GT cockpit). I was recommended the ERS4 seat. I sat on it for a while and finally pulled the trigger months later. Man am I upset that I waited. The seat is far more comfortable than the stock on that. Ones with the F-GT set and it is a perfect fit! Calieb came through! Also I placed the order on Sunday and it was at my house on Tuesday, same week. Very impressive. I will be sticking to this brand moving forward.
I disassembled the GT Lite Pro sim cockpit to make adjustments beyond its design, but struggled to reassemble it back to factory. After several days of trial and error, I contacted customer service for help and a schematic. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a genuine response from a real person (Calieb) who was very helpful. Customers appreciate being heard and supported. Thank you, Next Level Racing, for prioritizing your customers. When businesses cut services to maintain profit margins, it's a sign of decline. You have a good thing going--please don't reduce customer service; it's a race to the bottom.
I ordered a F-GT Pro cockpit in black, a day later I received an email saying that through a mistake in inventory, they were out of stock, so a minor frustration for sure. However their customer service was excellent! They were helpful, responsive, and informative. I can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Recently I had a joint come loose on my NLR F-GT Lite cockpit. Something small, but definitely needed a replacement. After emailing, Cameron had sent over an estimate which was a bit more than I had expected for such a small piece. I did understand since they’re based half-way around the world from me, so I had asked for the parts’s specifications/sizes as a shot in the dark since I didn’t think any company would send that over. Did not expect to read over that I was actually sent the parts’s specs. For something so small, it was a huge help from Cameron. I will be shopping through here once I want to upgrade my setup.
