I had ordered a dress for my nieces wedding on April 15, which my was in plenty of time before the wedding. It didn't come in time for the wedding in May. So I tried to cancel and they don't do returns! Or refunds! When it did I looked nothing like the picture and looked cheaply made. They said order something else, which I did. I ordered a swimsuit which was less money and when it came it's too small and the top and bottom don't match. I was told there's nothing they can do....my loss. What kind of company does that? An unreputable one! Don't buy from this company unless you just like to throw your money away.

Total scam from China. Nextmacy is who I ordered from kolhslady is who PayPal paid. That was my first red flag. I ordered a sequin fancy dress and received a dress made out of t-shirt material and what appeared in the picture to be sequins is bleached spots. Ridiculous. After a battle back and forth through PayPal they agreed to give me a refund but I am responsible for charges and the address is to China. It cost over 30.00 to send back. They should provide a label to return. If I knew it was from CHINA I would never have ordered from them anyways.

I ordered a dress without looking at the reviews first.. the dress, like everyone else’s on here, took forever to get. Well it arrived today & it is nothing like the dress I ordered, made completely different, round neck not vneck, lace on the sleeves ( none on the dress in the picture) & it looks like the nighties my Grandma wore! I’ve learned my lesson & will only order from Amazon.. at least I know how to send a return. For NextMacy’s I’ve yet to find a return address or a contact phone number. If anyone has either of these please let me know.

If I could give a zero i would. I ordered 3 dresses on May 8th for my son's wedding on May 25th. I chose this co. due to the fast shipping advertised. LIES. This is being written on May 29th the dresses are still not here. I emailed them before it shipped to cancel, that email was ignored and the package has been shipped. I have now asked for a return label to be sent to me so I can send the dresses back in the same package sent. NO RESPONSE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! DO NOT EXPECT FAST SHIPPING. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL TO WORK WITH.

I ordered 2 dresses from them. Luckily, they didn't cost a lot of money. However, they are UGE. They look like a sack of potatoes. I will probably only wear them to and from the pool or beach. Will never buy from them again.

I want to return dress, it is cheaply made, very thin material and looks nothing like photo. Trying to contact them. I have not heard back from them.

This is literally the worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a dress for Easter, and they said it would be in on the 17th (Easter was the 20th this year). It didn’t come until the 25th. So, I had to spend money on a different Easter dress. And then, when it finally did come it is not at all what I ordered. The color is different. The picture shows sequins in it, the one that came had painted on design. The picture was form fitting, this one was frumpy and fit weird in different places. I wish I would have read all these negative reviews before I ordered from them. They are a horrible company…and definitely overcharge for what they offer.

I ordered three dresses for my son's wedding. It took this company 2 weeks to tell one dress was out of stock and what did I want to do. Send what they had or order something to replace the one they didn't have. I told them to send what they had. Now 2weeks later I still waiting on 2 dresses. I just left for my son's wedding With out the dress. Tracking has told me it was at local postoffice 2 times now and I still DON'T have it.

This company is a scam. They don’t deliver what the catalog is selling, the material and quality is awful. They never contacted me back like they claimed for return so you don’t know where to return their stuff. They got $135 dollars from me. The website doesn’t give you the ability to evaluate their bad quality clothing.There is not phone#, they don’t contact you by email, and they take for ever to deliver. I am very unhappy with this company. I am hoping people read this so they don’t get deceive by Nextmacy.

Nothing i ordered is as pictured. The quality of the material is so thin and cheap and the colors do not match. I want to return and they tell me they do not send return labels and it will cost alot to return to China. They want to offer me 35% off another order. So I am stuck with this crap and I would not order from here.

If it was possible to give 0 stars that would be my rating for this company. I ordered a beautiful dress to wear to my son’s wedding. After a month still no product and have many attempts to correspond with them with no answer. Could it be this is a scam company?

If I can give this online store ZERO stars I will do it!! AWFUL customer service, after a month I placed an order and after reaching out to find out what's going on, someone told me they were out of like 5 of the 7 items and I was going to get the refund. Its been almost another month and I NEVER got the other two items. They keep saying it was delivered and to deal with my local post office!! Stay away from this horrible store!!!!!!

I received my order - much to my dismay. The dress in the photo did NOT look anything like what I received. It was very cheaply made and didn't fit (very loose) even tho I utilized their measuring chart. I would like to return the item and get a refund. I read the reviews and when I ordered, I ensured it stated "FREE RETURNS"!

The items were shipped from NJ and now they want me to send back to Chine and they want to charge me or make me pay 30% of the what they were paid to keep. The item is nothing like what they said or show. DONT BUY FROM THEM

These are the worst made clothes I have ever seen. They are nothing like the photos. I would not even want a homeless person wear these clothes. I want them sent back where they came from and I will never order from these people again. I want to be reimbursed in full for this order. Shame on anyone who charges for these type of clothes.

the dress was 48.00 and said free returns - The address was nothing like the picture and it looks almost faded compared to the pictures online and the fit is baggy and it's supposed to be elegant and sleek. Now they are telling me I have to pay for it to go back to China and they will supposedly reimburse me, this is not acceptable !!!
