Not as described

Not as described, fake advert
Went to view this car after positive phone calls and the MOT passing with any advisories

These are the problems we found with the car LS15 PFY, even cursory checks would have highlighted the issues and made for a honest review of the car rather than claiming it to be "A Stunning Example inside & Out" + "A Cared for example"

We have photos and screen shots of the advert to check against.

The sales person, whilst a nice, amiable person was able to claim plausible denyability on every issue we raised.

1, drivers side heated seat doesn't work
2, the front bakes were warped which made the pedal vibrate, whomever took it for MOT would have to have noticed.
3, the wheels are not the ones in the photo, that is because it is a stock photo, you are not buying the car in the photo
4, this was also apparent when we saw the headlights, which both were glazed over with that plastic whitening that happens
5, parcel shelf was missing
6, the divider boards in the boot were missing, the panels that give you about 3 inches of space under the boot floor
7, it smelt of dogs, whomever cleaned it did a very lazy job
8 drivers door was catching on the latch as it closed making the door jump up slightly on the final inch of closing
9 the front tyre, mentioned in previous MOTs still has the close to legal limit tread and shoulder obviously worn, leading to questioning of the MOT
10, car mat on drivers side was threadbare

We took a call from the owner (I think) he did offer to fix all of these things, I felt I had been duped by the advert which I'm my opinion was not honest and could not in good conscience continue with the purchase. I could only imagine the nightmare I would have been placed in had this been a warranty claim
