I am leaving a review for Nexus Ghostwriting services that impressed me. Out of all the ghostwriters that I worked with, their writers were by far the most professional and skilled. The writing level was beyond ordinary and the creativity really sparks curiosity as an author myself.

High Quality work. The team has a competent and thorough approach. We had many online meetings during the process to clarify the project, and I received a well written final draft.

Listen to me, stay away from these people. They’re snakes and thieves. They force you to buy additional stuff like copyright rights and if you don’t, they make legal claims against you and your book. They’re slow at producing stuff and have a fake persona. Find somebody else

Stupidly started several projects at one time, non finished, non published, all money gone, non existent money back guarantee!!

As a diagnosed Bipolar patient i thought want to wite a book about my mental illness submitted to Nexus GhostWriting.
My first prospective chapter about experience with my life of Bipolar but it appears I was high/manic and it soon tourned out that it wasn't go too to work as I slumped in to severe depression not before Nexus GhostWriting took all of almost €7,000 from my account and when on appel when it was established I was in depression and unable to continue the book about Bipolar as I was heavily emerchesd in poor mental health myself. I was told at the out set by 'Max'that I would be refunded full if it didn't work. Now I can't get hold of them.! €6,500 -€7,000 is far to much to lose on my invalidity pension..any help greatly appreciated. X

Beware, Nexus Ghost Writing are crooks!! They will take your money, give you garbage that someone has just Googled and pretend to be available. You will realize that your project manager doesn't work the same timelines as you, and probably has another job, because they will only be available at the most inconvenient time. Forget it if you think you will be able to speak to the writer. I don't believe their intention is to deliver, rather frustrate and wait for you to give up. The problem is Nexus, in the UK there is a small claims court and a consumer protection act.

I am really enjoying working with Nexus, a great team of professionals, very supportive of me as this is my first project, they update and guide me every step of the way. I never got to experience any qualms with them.. I hope to work with them with my next projects. Thanks Nexus for turning my dream into reality, Brilliant people.

I commissioned this company to write a book about the life story of my husband his best friend. Hours were spent with staff at Nexus telling their story. We received a chapter from them which did not capture the humour, got the story wrong and had to be rewritten by my husband. Six months later we had not got past the first chapter. Complaints were made and staff personnel were changed but still the same standard of work was delivered. My husband had to rewrite the chapter and at one point they sent that chapter back to him claiming they had written it. Appointments times were late or not at all. We have had no communication from them for a year now. I wrote to them early December asking for our money back as per the 100% satisfaction guarantee and we have heard nothing from them. Staff changed and disappeared Head of department disappeared as soon as the problems started- Adam Mullen, Mike Murphy/ Veronica Lockhart/Alexander Matthews- all disappeared.Exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer. This was a gift for a terminally ill friend - capturing the story of his life. Despite not one complete chapter being written they started to ask for more money for the ISBN code and publishing code etc. Don't part with your money. This is not an English based firm.

Horrible experience!! The quality is terrible, the staff keeps on changing (I had 3 different project managers in 1 year) phone numbers keeps on changing, they push for you to buy marketing packs and global copyrights for £999 (you do not need this AT ALL).
They are not based in UK- do your research, and they advert they work with very famous Authors (e.g: Chalene Johnson) which is a lie as I contacted her assistant.
Head of department disappeared as soon as the problems started- Adam Mullen, Mike Murphy/ Veronica Lockhart/Alexander Matthews- all disappeared.
They do not give any refunds at all either, even when you change your mind within 24 hours they will keep 40% of it. Read the terms and conditions!!!

Do not get fooled and do your research first!

NexusGhost writers were helping me with my book but one Jordan Smith the only person I had any contact with robbed me of £9000 with the help of Lloyds Bank one Jordan Smith was my only contact by phone never got a contract but he said I had signed one after one of his men asked for £2979 for copywrite which i did not need and their top priced copywrite was only £1650 I refused and they took the money without my permission my bank initially repaid me then Jordan Smith sent a letter from a firm in America saying I had signed a contract lies that I had forgotten that I had agreed to pay them this enormous sum for copywrite which I did not need or want but because of my age which at the time was 87 and I was on so much medication my memory was affected which again was lies I spoke to my Doctor and asked her would she let me have a letter regarding my memory she said I would have to say that even at your age you have a memory that is even better than mine There was so little truths in his emails that Lloyds Bank were prepared to believe him rather than myself who pride myself as always telling the truth Jordan then telephoned me again and said if they offer him the money he would return if another lie he also asked would I agree that the £6000 I had already paid would be the full amount payable I agreed and emailed him that agreement he did not return the money then had the nerve to ask for a further £2000 for paper books and I said no he then blocked me from contacting Nexus and got away with almost £9000 of my money

we have been talked into giving Nexus money to ghostwrite a book.
Result:
1. lousy work not in line with the brief
2. money-back guarantee exists on paper
company refuses now to refund
We are interested to hear from others with similar bad experience

Collective amnesia in Nexus or simply a small money scam you are running here?

In the meantime, we filed a complaint with PayPal. Interestingly enough the money is collected by a Pakistan based company. All this smells less good by the hour

Do not choose this business.
Chances are all these reviews here are bogus!
There is no one you can speak with when you want someone to manage complaints.
Check the website, there are no names. And they will not advise the Director's names.
I have called all four numbers and no answer. They get back to you.
I paid £3000 and all they have done is copy and paste from my own work.
When they did some editing, writers are in India so unfortunately there were considerable discrepancies in editing which changed the whole context of my message. So I had to go through my own work to edit out what they edited that was wrong.
I only wanted them for editing but did ask for one chapter to be ghostwritten and didn't hear back!
I gave them the artwork for the cover and told them just to copy it exactly. Despite my instructions, they kept making changes and after at least 20 times back and forth, they finally copied it into the book.
They have made far more work for me than I ever got in return. I'm still without a book and now they are ignoring my requests. So it's cost me an additional £3000 in extra work and I still have nowhere near a finished book.
They continually try to upsell all their other businesses.
They call outside usual business hours because they are NOT UK based. Once I got a call after midnight.
Disaster!
