Shockingly poor performance

Shockingly poor performance, they don’t man the car parks they manage as well as they should if at all.
We’ve had no car parking attendants so far at all this year!
Staff are rude and unhelpful, take days to respond to complaints.
I would stay away and find a reputable car park management company.

Daylight robbers!

Parked at Camborne railway. Tried to pay but app slow to load so rang PaybyPhone number. After 18 painful minutes just got to last hurdle and wouldn't complete payment! Then app finally loaded. Tried to press to confirm payment for duration (only a few quid for 12 hours) and wouldn't go through 🤔. Drove out and received a fine! Appealed but nforce rejected it! Got in touch with PaybyPhone who could see from their records I'd tried to pay but didn't complete. My local mp offices said they'd write on my behalf but in this time I'd paid as couldn't afford £100 fine (I paid £60). Hearing loads of similar stories. They are unscrupulous thieves but this review won't even touch their heartless souls. I hope the money they steal from people (because this is what they do) gives them the life they deserve.

Daylight robbers!

Issued me PCN for unauthorised parking - failure to pay! I tried to pay but PaybyPhone wouldn't process payment 🤔. In car park for 18 minutes trying to pay! Appealed but they rejected. Local forum on Facebook brought up others with similar experiences. I think they're dirty little thieves with no heart. Enjoy my £60 you stole from a hard up, single mum of two young boys. Though I doubt this review will touch their soul.

Corrupt

My housing association for some stupid reason introduced parking permits.
They expect these to be displayed containing our full home address.
If I stick this in my window when I am at work my clients can all get my home address and if im out elsewhere people would know my home is empty. It also opens up to fraud.
They started issuing tickets a week before we were notified. Bank Holiday Monday Aug 25th. States it will be recived within 2 days of the date issued. I got this yesterday. 9th sep. 14 days to pay. I will not pay this pathetic bunch of jokers.

Deceiptful company that aims to snare you

What these guys do is put the ticket details in super-small print, so you don't see the wording and then hit you with a fine. I was a customer of a business and parked in their car park, as I have done over the years. NForce took over the car park and you now have to enter your vehicle reg into a tablet. Of course, this is in smallest print on the signage so you don't see it. You get a letter asking you to pay £60 within 14 days, or you have to pay £100. So you think that it's 14 days from the letter arriving, but that's not the case. It's from the date on the letter. The letter arrives about 10 days after the date on the letter, giving you just a few days to pay it or it goes up to £100. This company deliberately deceives people so beware.
