ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! I bought a BWM 4 series from this ‘Prestige’ garage and was messed about from start to finish, the car is faulty and has been returned! Collection rearranged (inconvenient), bobbles & grips left in car, crisps on the seat and chewing gum dried on to cup holder. There was a fault with the cruise control which we were told would be fixed before we collected, it wasn’t! Wasn’t advised of the advisory’s (nail in tyre) on the MOT nor did they provide me with a copy of MOT cert. They offered to fix these things but living 60 miles away was not feasible, plus I had already lost trust, but why let it go in that state anyway? Long story short, I was threatened by the owner and given an ultimatum of return the car in the next 24 hours or I will see you in court, however my refund wasn’t available until 4 days later!! Deducted £358.50 off refund for work already done on part ex vehicle! Was backed in to a corner the whole time and caused me a lot of stress! Disgusting!
