Conner called us the night before…
Conner called us the night before because we had a special request. He totally understood our position of not residing in the property and we had quite a long journey to get there.
He gave us a slot the next morning giving us time to be there to meet him.
Very polite helpful and friendly. He pointed out a few points re the boiler and points we didn’t know.
All in all a great service , thanks to Conner. Thank you.

Nibe ground source and Air to Water
We have 2 nibe heat pumps in2 properties
One is 17 years old and is ground source and the other is 5 years old in a rental.
Couldn’t recommend their products and service enough

Annual service visit generally good
The engineer who came to service our heat pump was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. The only problem was that he couldn't find a strainer which is supposed to be installed. (Neither have previous engineers.) However we since found out there is one, although it is behind a panel which needs to be unscrewed.

Visit was as planned, solved the problem but may have been avoidable
The visit was as planned and the engineer was very helpful. He explained what the problem was, the solution and took the time to check everything was working.
The only negative point is that the issue was caused by a software update glitch that I understand NIBE were aware of. However, our installers did not seem to know about it (had they known they would have avoided updating the system and we probably would not have had the problem for a week).

The engineer was excellent and knew his stuff. The only criticism would be that an 8.30 - 5.30 is a big window theses days and it would have been nice to have received a call giving me some notice of his arrival.

The service went well and the reporting was very efficient. However it would've been much easier if I'd had a more precise idea of when the engineer was going to arrive in advance.

Very good Nibe Service!
The Engineer initially only gave us short notice for a service which we couldn’t make. However, we only had to wait a short time & a new date was mutually agreed. The Service Engineer was nice & early, very polite & completed the service in record time, so we were very pleased indeed!
