Complaint About Unfair BTC Deduction

I mined BTC on your site in 2020 and earned a small amount, about $19 at that time. Recently, I logged in to check my account and discovered that all my BTC is gone.

Your support told me that the reason is a “fee for inactive users.” This is unacceptable. You cannot just take a customer’s cryptocurrency without clear and prior warning — this feels like stealing from customers.

Tried to upload their mining software but it was infected with malware

First off the good reviews on this site are FAKE!! Every single one of them can be traced to a rating improvement company, so ALL the 5 star comments are fake. Nice Hash over estimates your returns, take your money and your hash rate and refuse to pay. Shady company and you are an idiot if you use this scam. Now they are charging for inactive accounts, Very Shady Site!

in about 2018 their BTC wallet was hacked and they never restore stolen funds for mining and now they want your KYC. Its just absurd

Invested 8K , site went dark now its back up and asking me for more money . Its a SCAM ! Stay as far away as you can . They use different sites but all the same SCAM

used to be excellent "hash/mining" provider but now .... false hash rate advertised for easymining,cirka 20% less delivered.eg chromium s advertised Mining speed≈0.0188 TH/s but package starts/is limited to 0.0140th/s,chromium m 0.06th/s limited to 0,048th/s,....

They started to charge an inactivity fee and another fee to withdraw. The identity verification process is designed to throw up barriers so they can keep stealing your money.

Was curious about my BTC balance because of recent price surges. I had around 100$ when I last used the account in 2021. To my absolute astonishment, I was greeted by a message that all of this money has been taken from me by ways of an "inactive account fee". How this is legal is beyond me. Avoid Nicehash like the plague.

They have crazy inactivity fees.
And because you cannot transfer amounts easily less than 0.0005 btc (or something like that) then, they get to steal your money without your consent. I lost my last 41$ because I couldnt withdraw it. They are hypocrites and should be sued for doing that to everybody. They also ban people who talk about it on reddit.
There are other community on reddit who talks about it. And different Youtube videos.

I don't know it's a safe site because it asks for your email and password.

Back in 2021 I used to love the platform because it was an easy extra money putting my pc to mine while I slept. Nowadays, they made it unpractical to make 1% of the money I used to do.

They got 24 digits verification codes every time you want to login into your account and a very complicated 5-step way of confirming my identity., They even refused to accept government issued documents as a proof of residence.

"Inactive account" fees render any mining profit miser-able.
Stratopheric minimums make withdrawal to your own wallet impossible.

I used there service to mine off excess solar I had. Like everyone else here. I was inactive and haven't logged into the app for a few months. They stole all my sats. No way this is legal. I will never use this garbage company for anything.

I stopped using NiceHash more than 3 years ago, but at that time the app was working great but mining BTC became not so profitable. Yesterday I went to check how much BTC I have in the app and I saw that they started charging fees of 10000 satoshi to every inactive account each month since october 2024. This is something insane because the only notification you will recieve is an email, which will probably end unread between other emails from big companies. This is something that really changed my opinion on nicehash and made me withdraw all my remaining assets and never use any of their apps ever again.

they will not let me take my bitcoin out into my cold storage wallet . i provided my bitcoin cold storage address with a picture of me holding the info up for them ,But no they want to put it into a wallet controlled by them and charge me-WHAT A RETARDED SCAM THEY HAVE DONE TO HONEST PEOPLE

i have deposited alot of times as it was good at first but not now. really dissapointed with their operand here. it's better to stick to alts that ensures hassle free services. métîsurgé has been paying out over a month now. an eureka moment

They took all personal data needed to steal my identity and than rejected without giving any reason. Just stay away from these people and DO NOT UPLOAD ANY OF YOUR data
