The staff are the best
Generally, shopping online is quick and easy but you can never be sure what you're actually getting, particularly when it comes to the sort of products these guys sell which is why I always go to the Chester shop. The girls in there are AMAZING, Karen basically runs the place and is so helpful and is more than happy to help anyone with anything, honestly she's incredible. Jas is equally great to be honest and between Jas & Karen they make the place really welcoming, friendly and relaxed. If you're ever around there, pop in. The shop is really well laid out and it's the absolute polar-opposite of a 'seedy' adult shop that people envisage when thinking about adult shops, it's bright and colourful. There's a changing room if you want to try anything on and they're more than happy to show you things out of the packaging so you can see what you're getting and feel it as well. Also they're really knowledgeable on all their products so if you want any help, advice or just a general discussion about anything just ask them. It's basically in their best interests to help you have a good time as if you do then you'll be going back! I can testify to that from personal experience, the staff are just epic.

Please accept our apologies, we have investigated the issue with Royal Mail, the item was despatched on the 1st August, unfortunately RM will not guarantee next day unless it is special delivery and signed for and advised us it can take upto 5 days for 24hour parcel to arrive! I like you probably are thinking- why call it 24hour delivery!
To guarantee a next day we do offer DPD services whom to date have not let us down.
Hot weather and strikes are an issue at Royal Mail at the moment but please be assured customer service is our number one concern. I will refund the cost of shipping and please use discount code GOODWILL on your next order.
