Great website, superb service
My first time buying from NNN or an adult shop/online. I wanted some urethral toys and was spoilt for choice all with detailed descriptions, i did go a little mad lol.
I opted for click and collect, my parcel even though small in size was discreet nicely packaged and presented with a nice thank you card for supporting a small business.
Will i use NNN again, yes for sure i will, there are more things i want.
The website is easy to navigate, plenty of choice, checkout is simple to use.
I can highly recommend Nice N Naughty

Always a pleasure to purchase from NNN. However this was my first online. Very easy, quick delivery. The collar and cuffs purchased are really lovely quality. Could do with one tiny adjustment in putting an additional loop in for the excess band but otherwise a wonderful product.

There were problems with delivery but sorted with excellent customer service…
There were problems with the shipping via Royal Mail but they dealt with it very well, pleasantly and efficiently. Great customer service and would use again. Good value and good service.Thanks to all the team there.

I was in the area so called in as I wanted some toys. Was made very welcome, which calmed my nerves and treated with respect. Bought a few things, which were just what I wanted. Hen do
I was after a few little treats to put into some hen do bags i was making.
I got much more than i planed too, some naughty sweets that were actually very tasty then i had a look in their outlet shop for some extra surprises for the girls where i found lots of reasonable price items.
My surprises were met with squeals of joy or was it excitement of the thought of their new toy for the bedroom.
I placed the order on line and picked up within the hour from the warehouse the girls in the office were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing shopping experience!
I had an amazing shopping experience at the Chester boutique! The young lady in-store was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She knew all about the products I wanted, answered all my questions, made me laugh when we were talking and even double checked the measurement of the item before I bought it to make sure it was the right one! The shop is very clean, colourful, and well laid out with plenty of space to move around in, and has that lovely boutique feeling...I will definitely be shopping here again!
