I like the clothing at Paloma S. I have three dresses from there and recently bought 2 sweaters. I’m not sure if I like how the sweaters are washing, they seem to be shedding (pilling)? I wash them in gentle cycle and air dry. I’ve never had a problem with shipment. I was lucky to shop in a bricks and mortar store of their’s in France in the Marais shopping district. The store was lovely. I think it’s moved since then to the Latin Quarter.

I placed the order almost a month ago and I have not received any order status update or the tracking number. Nobody responds to the emails! Be ware before purchasing from this company online. I hope I have not lost my order and my money!

I shopped 3 dresses. I asked to return one once received and it was approved. I dropped the package to a dhl point and I still wait for the refund (2 weeks). In the meantime, they do not reply to my e-mails. I also used the online contact form. No reply. Seems a scam
