Sent wrong item, won't refund (promised) return postage

I liked a leather cover I saw on eBay for a 2012 MacBook Air, contacted this seller and was assured it would fit. It didn't, it was far too small. I asked if they would pay my return postage since it was their error. They said they would but they haven't. I'm really not impressed with this at all. You STILL owe me £2.64.
