Nicholas’ sessions are safe, action packed great fun, we do a mix of self-defence awareness, boxing, grappling and Krav Maga and it’s been a lot of learning and growth for me. Highly recommend his service!

Joined Nicholas program as the last resort to losing those extra kilos and his program did not disappoint . 10 day challenge looked impossible but i must say i was in for a surprise . I got into my desired size and i still continue to keep it .

Nicholas is an incredible trainer. He has been training me over the last year in a mixture of strength training, boxing, krav maga and grappling (and recently arm wrestling!). From the very first session I was put at ease and hes guided me in quickly becoming stronger, more aware, skilled and confident. Nicholas is an excellent personal trainer and self defence coach. From your very first session you feel comfortable and well guided through the one to one session. Nicholas demonstrates all self defences moves whether that be sparring, grappling or boxing in a way which is easy to learn and helps you build your confidence. The sessions enable you to become both physically and mentally stronger as you are put into real life scenarios which helps prepare you to utilise the skills learnt if you were ever forced to. Definitely recommend for all women!
