Ordered a vinyl album from their website, for which I received email confirmation. However, 10 days later I'd not received my address order. I queried this and in reply was told that there had been a problem with their system and that I'd receive my order the next day. Wind forward another 10 days and still nothing. Have emailed three times since the last contact but no reply. Very weird, steer clear of ordering albums from Night Dreamer directly.
Took a few weeks to ship. Zero communication. Had to send many emails asking what was happening as order status still as order confirmed even now. Received sealed vinyl with two scratches on the front cover and badly homemade cd that is damaged on one side. Sent them multiple emails to send back the items but never got any replies. Had to open dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
