As many of these reviews already stated the products Nikiy sells are not what they advertise. They are cheap and WAYY TOO SMALL for what they say their measurements are. I sent many angry emails to them and at first all they offered was $5 off my purchase of $60 but eventually after several emails they offered $15 and wouldn’t offer any more. This was quite frustrating as they refused to refund or send me a larger size and I tried to write a review on their site and they never showed up. I confronted them ab this in the emails and they never responded to this issue.

This is the worst company. The products are nothing like the pictures and despite the return policy on website they refuse to provide me with the return address and keep playing games. I paid 46.50 for boots and after a weeks email negotiations they are offering $15. And still won’t let me return for full refund which website states. The reviews on the site are false as I’ve tried to review 3 times and they do not show up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy anything from this company. Products do not match online description and items are not true to size. I bought a jumpsuit and the material was flimsy, seams were coming apart, threads hanging all over, very shoddy workmanship. When I asked for a refund they said they would give me a $5 credit and I should give the jumpsuit to charity or gift it to someone! This company should be closed down...they are ripoff con-artists at best. Linda from West Texas

This company is the worst of scammers, do not spend any money on this crap they send you totally different from pictures, returns to CHINA COST ALMOST MORE THAN ITEM COSTS. They should be shut down

o arrived 7-8 weeks after ordered, and after event for which I ordered.
o quality, cheesy, not color as in photo
o when I I asked to return they offered me $11 of $84 purchase price, told me I would have to pay exorbitant shipping and return to China, that I SHOULD GIVE THEM TO A FRIEND OR CHARITY!!!!!!!

OMG DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!! I ordered a $50 pair of flat, round-toed "Vintage Winter Boots" lined with sherpa after seeing many beautiful photographs in different colors from multiple angles. What I RECEIVED was a totally different, utterly cheap boot with heels, different soles, pointed toes, and thin lining that LITERALLY fell off in pieces in my hands. I would not have worn those boots if they had been FREE. Customer service cheekily offered me a $5 -- FIVE!! -- reimbursement and said I could keep the execrable boots they sent, knowing FULL WELL they weren't what I ordered.

I ordered Fur Jacket in November. Never received it. And when i asked for refund i've been told that they already did a refund without even telling me. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING and they told to contact my bank.... DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

I would give them NO stars if I could. I ordered boots. It took weeks to get them. They didn't fit and I asked to return them. I was told that they had shipped from China and that I would have to pay the expensive shipping to get them returned.

The sweatshirts I ordered were half the size of STATED measurements. When I contacted seller about this they asked that I provide photo documentation which I did immediately. When I asked for refund they told me if I attempted to return to province in China it would take 6 weeks (making it ineligible for refund), and they had the right to reject refund even if product was in original condition with tags attached. In other words- I pay for shipping and NO REFUND POSSIBLE. Crap product- SCAMMERS. NEVER SHOP FRON THEM!!!!!!!

Horrible company to deal with. Product way too small asked for new one. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. I have been demanding a refund and they keep delaying. Told me to ship back to China. Terrible company! Cheap, shoddy goods, nothing like the pictures. For refund, asked to return item to China (£53 P&P cheapest I could find). Do not be fooled by their lovely images - nothing is as it seems. They also don't reply to emails.

I wish there was a way to give them a minus star! what a rip off - these ship from china with a tracking number that you can't track. The product looks nothing like what is shown in the picture - poor, poor quality - and the smell is just nauseating. I would never buy a thing from them again, and the whole time I inquired on the status of the order I got either no response or some lame excuse as to why they were not here yet. Total rip off - lesson learned buy American

BEWARE OF NIKIY! If I could give this company a minus, minus I would. Quickly after I placed my order they took my money, sent some bogus tracking number in Chinese and I never received my merchandise! I’ve attempted to contact the company several times with no response. This company came up through Facebook. Never again I’ve learned my lesson! Do not use this company. FRAUDULENT!

One star is way too high a rating for this company. I ordered a coat as a gift; it never arrived. So far they have been completely unresponsive to my requests for a refund. After reading some of the other reviews on Instagram, it's probably better that I didn't receive the coat--those who did receive the item noted it's quality is so poor it is not wearable. Do not order anything from this seller!!!!!
Update, mid-February: the coat finally arrived but only after several emails through PayPal, including threats to escalate to PayPal mediation. The coat is nothing like the picture shown to make the sale. The coat is badly made, and by no stretch of the imagination could this be called faux fur. This seller listed an email and website, neither of which is functional. Needless to say, I will never purchase from this company again.

This company is horrible. They take your money and when you ask for a refund (something offered on the website, they explain why you shouldn't do it. They offered me a $6 refund on a $36 purchase. They are thieves and are robbing people blind. There is no quality in their product and it's not worth having. BEWARE!

My coat finally arrived (LATE)…and it is horrible. The material “sheds” this fine black fur like stuff all over the place…tried shaking out, etc…un-wearable. Also, they sewed 2 large ugly BIG "WHITE" PLASTIC snaps on it where a BLACK button was supposed to be…the coat is BLACK! Very poorly made…and the flimsy lining was cut to small for the coat, but sewn in anyway…thus making the coat all out of shape! BEWARE! Trying to return…but, I think I’m probably out the money!

Rubbish product. Poor quality and looks little like the nice photo. Sizing way off. What's more, it's such a hassle to return anything to China so to Goodwill it goes. Maybe someone can use at Halloween. Tried and never to be repeated!
