Fantastic service the site sales experience is positive I can't sing my praises of positivity much more than saying what a pretty necklace and what a brilliant site with a great selection of jewellery and a very fast checkout and order service online

This great purchase is in memory of my aunt who sadly passed! Also for her husband, my uncle that passed before.

Good luck canceling your subscription I’ve been trying for almost a year now and I still have them trying to access my account for shipping me yet another package that I do not want. They tried again today and I sent them another email requesting that they cancel my subscription. My bank actually put them on a fraud alert so I get notified when they try getting money from me.

After having received many pieces of jewellery from Nikola Valenti, I felt i had acquired enough and returned my latest package and canceled my subscription. I have now received daily emails, demanding I pay for the latest package because it arrived late ( I am not responsible for postal delays) and am now being threatened with monthly penalty fees, on top of the price of the pieces, which I returned. I was told my personal information was being classed as DELINQUENT ( nice!) , and their closing remarks were " Have a sparkling day!!". Good luck, trying to cancel your subscription, folks!!

I’ve sent my order back that’s was sent to me as FREE it’s not free there’s a charge
I canceled my subscription but these people won’t stop charging my card can’t get ahold of anyone to stop this insane mess I’m not subscribe at all please quit charging me

This company is great with their customers and treat people with love and respect. I will buy for them again. Thank you for your service.
