Faulty and poor quality... Order ref 16168
Prompt delivery but Contrast puffer Jacket is faulty.Uneven insulation inside sleeves. Insulation inside crumbled to one side of the sleeves. Seems to be I’m not the first person who is receiving faulty puffer jacket as per previous reviews here therefore I consider this as an ongoing issue and advise not to purchase it.There is a stitching issue (burst) under armpit as well.I've contacted customer service to arrange collection and full refund. Will update this review once heard from the business .
I expect any item posted to customer to be fully inspected before dispatch. At the moment I can only say that the quality is extremely poor.
Update: Good customer service and very prompt response. See email below. I've decided to increase rating with one star. Items should be still inspected before dispatch.

manufacturing.
The team are currently working through the jackets to see how many are
faulty & how many we can sell.
All our jackets come to us pre-packaged, so to ensure the packaging stays in
new condition we send the jackets straight out from the storage cages.
We are happy to send you a free postage label.
Once the jacket has arrived in the warehouse we will refund your order.

Item was wrong size, returned for a refund payed for signed delivery. Item was received there end. They never refunded item. Emailed back and forth to have no result as they are sending item back to me stupidly. they have blamed me for removing tags, Which never happened. Absolute disgrace and waste of time and money

VERY BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY
Writing a new review because Nimes flagged my previous review as if it were a false person or review. Replied too late so I am writing a new one.
I ordered a puffer jacket and a t shirt for about 50 euro's. Shipping was also 25 euro's.
Received the puffer jacket and the insulation was all over the place and the whole jacket was deformed. Also, it was impossible to move and distribute it to the correct places.
After explaining my concern, Nimes customer service mentioned that I could get a refund if I sent it back. However, I told them that it will cost me 25 euro's again for shipping, so 50 euro's in total while the jacket only costs 39 euro's. They told me that I could get a FULL refund if the jacket is faulty.
After paying 50 euro's of shipping costs and another 7 euro's of border costs, Nimes reviewed the jacket and to them there was nothing wrong with the jacket. So I paid almost 60 euro's in total for a jacket that was 39 euro's.
No f*cks given by Nimes and no service provided. I will never buy here again and I advise any consumers outside of the UK to NOT buy anything here anymore, scammers.

Amazing jeans the most comfortable super skinny jeans I’ve ever worn. More importantly amazing customer service. I was sent the wrong size of jeans and told to just keep them. Was given a refund and a discount code since the jeans were on sale at the time of purchase so I could still get the sale price. They even held the last pair of the style of jeans I was supposed to receive on the original order for me. Amazing company.
