Nin Nin Game is truly untrustworthy
Nin Nin Game is truly untrustworthy. Orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship, sometimes they only ship after you create support tickets and inquire about them. Lord help you if you ever receive broke figures or figures with missing parts.
Nin Nin Game offers absolutely no customer support. At most you'll get a store voucher for ¥2000 for your troubles and should you need to return something, be prepared to pay for shipping back to japan yourself.
They are also not above holding paid for orders hostage should you open a claim for anything.
For my latest experience, look up "Don't shop at Nin Nin Game" on Youtube.
There's better stores out there, save yourself the trouble and don't give Nin Nin Game your business.

Thank you for your feedback.
Following your report of a defective action figure, we offered our highest level of support, which included:
- a full replacement of the item
- and a full reimbursement of your return shipping costs (and yes at least if you keep the figure we let you have a discount if the manufacturer can't replace the item).
The only point of disagreement was that you refused to pay the return shipping upfront. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to provide prepaid return labels for international shipments.
This means that, despite being offered a solution where you would have received both a replacement and a full reimbursement, the process could not move forward due to this specific condition.
We are quite surprised by your comments, especially considering that you have placed multiple orders (Total 25 since 2023) with us over time, and that in previous cases where issues occurred, solutions and compensations were provided and accepted, as indicated in your account history (2025/10 arm broken discount accepted, 2025/2/1 paint and glue issue, discount accepted etc.)
We remain confident in the level of service we provide to our customers on a daily basis.
