BTD Battles is not safe for kids! Ninja Kiwi staff does not help with complains, all of this after you pay for the game!
They say that BTD Battles is safe to play also by children. Nothing real, many of the users are using offensive and vulgar nicknames, the stuff is not taking any measure after 10 days from the first complain made.
Try this example:
Your kid is playing BTD Battles, he is playing against a user that has a nickname like "yo mama ***". Now try to explain to your kid what "***" is meaning (The word starts with G and ends with Y). What is the meaning of that word, why is my mum "***"?
After many complains, many days, many print screens (like they do not have a database or they do not give a damn about you), the users reported are still playing.

Worst customer service and no refund
On january 2020, I bought 2 flight tickets, with a short stop over of less than 2 hours in London to Sankt Petersburg, Russia via kiwi.com for 25-29 March 2020.
In February, the flight itinerary was changed by the provider, kiwi.com without offering me the possibility to decide whether new itinerary suits me or not.
In March, due to the coronavirus, the Government of the Russian Federation has imposed restrictions on entry into Russia effective 18th March. The suspension applies to all citizens of foreign states, thus affecting my ability to board any flight departing for Russia. Furthermore, my home country, Romania has imposed as well a set of strict travel restrictions not allowing citizens to board flights to London or anywhere across Europe, except special cases.
Thus, I have approached kiwi.com via e-mail and text messages to check refund options for my flights. The provider offered me only a10eur refund for my 2 flights which costed more than 150eur.
On March 20 I was informed via e-mail that kiwi.com has changed for the second time my itinerary with 3 stop overs before reaching Russia in London, Warsaw and Moscow for an additional charge of 250eur. In case the new itinerary is not suitable, I was offered 14.56 eur refund.
I would like to officially raise a complaint against this provider, kiwi.com for one of the worst customer service, scam and felony with its customers.
I strongly advise everyone NOT to trust this company when buying their tickets as money is lost and no refund is given.

I had an issue where a in-game purchased failed, the support tech "Joey" was able to assist and corrected the issue quick and easy. Kept clear communication with me during the process and represented the company with professionalism.

I accidentally deleted all my account data and lost the things I had spent money on from the google play store, I spoke with Jennifer from support and she was amazingly helpful and friendly and managed to restore almost everything that I had lost and gave me extra for the trouble.

Stupid game has no way to stop you going mad deleting all your level 28 progress and not making a well functioning game I will be leaving bad comments only to find my account gone and nothing even there not even my old ninja kiwi account so there for I have lost about a few £100000 of stuff and nothing was even done for this is the second complaint to ninja kiwi

Friendly and Helpful
After playing btd battles for over a year, all of my cards and medallions were wiped but the support team took my details and within a couple of weeks had gifted me back all of the items I had missing. Great service:)
