Finding a board, ordering, and completing my order went well. The estimayed delivery date was missed by 1 day but came in a reasonable time overall. The board worked great and I had no issues. The cooler that I ordered with it works great and held ice all day.

For the price, this is a great board - it's surprisingly stable, which is perfect for a beginner like me. The pump's pressure gauge isn't the most accurate, but the board itself is fun and handles well.

Ordered my board yesterday after using a friend's for a few days, beautiful boards, sturdy, well made. Mine came with pump, seat, paddles. Fast shipping. Came with a courier code for delivery. Im looking forward to using my board

Ordered board on June 5th, it’s now the 21st and still no board. The website says 3-5 business days, I’m now on day 16. They did email me yesterday and said they were shipping it out. I’d order thru Amazon if you’re still interested in buying from them. I believe Amazon forces a ship date so it might work out better that way but do not order directly thru their company. You’ll be waiting weeks to get your merchandise. A quick update….because of the delay they did attempt to make things right and sent me a paddle so I will upgrade the rating to 4 stars. I have now tried the board and so far I really love it. It is super sturdy and seems well made. It’s also got all kinds of lovely accessories. So while the wait was long, it now seems a little more worth it.
