Powerful bike.

Good communication and I love the concept of this bike - Mega 2025. However, the bike is not built with strong enough components to handle this kind of power. I have had a very difficult time getting the bike to operate smoothly without skipping out of gears - even when it is not under power. I spent $355 putting a new drivetrain in to hopefully fix this and it did not help yet - back in the shop now. First time I rode it, the chain snapped while I was crossing a street. Kickstand broke off immediately when I took the bike off the bike rack at home. Battery life is great, long range rides are good. It does not do wheelies as several videos claim. Full suspension is very nice and comfortable to ride.

I purchased an ebike from this company…

I purchased an ebike from this company at the beginning of the year and have had nothing but problems with it. The chain has now snapped twice with me leaving me to walk around 2 miles home with it. At this present moment I've got no throttle which they want me to pay the shipping for. It costs more to ship it than it does to buy a thumb throttle (£17). Now they are just ignoring my emails to them as I've had to pay to get it repaired to save money. They refuse to accept me return the bike, which is still under warranty may I add. Once you've payed your money, your forgotten about. Stay clear of this company at all costs despite how nice the ebikes look.

All nireeka bikes have same issue in rain

I have both the revenant and the nyx and both bikes are brilliant however they both have the same flaw that the holes in the front of the frame to allow cables to enter the frame also let water in so the bike is not rain resistant at all even though the website states its IP6 waterproof. A slight light rain shower has stopped my battary working. Ive tried sealing the holes with sealent myself but water still got through and damaged one of my batteries. This review is 1 star as the support is next to non-existant as i have had no reply after emiling several times about the issue and now a non-usualbe battery

Review for the Mega 1500

I recently purchased the Nireeka Mega 1500, and I must say the experience has been nothing short of exceptional, particularly in terms of the transaction process. Despite encountering a few minor issues, Younes and his team at Nireeka demonstrated an exemplary level of professionalism to ensure my complete satisfaction.

As for the bike itself, it's simply incredible. The Mega 1500 performs at an elite level across all aspects. The build quality is top-notch, with a frame that feels both sturdy and agile. The ride is smooth and responsive.

The design is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, making it a real head-turner on the trails.

Overall, if you're considering entering the world of high-performance cycling or looking to upgrade, the Nireeka Mega 1500 is a stellar choice. The combination of outstanding customer service from Younes and his team, along with the bike's superior performance, makes this purchase one of the best decisions I've made this year. Nireeka are an abysmal company

Nireeka are an abysmal company. As mentioned in other reviews, they will take your money and keep you waiting for many months. I waited 11 months and had to get the credit card company involved to retrieve my money. They have zero inventory and expect you to wait whilst the bike is built. Meanwhile they will tell you numerous and obvious lies with regards to delivery. Appalling company to deal with, the owners should be ashamed of their actions (they’re not). Please avoid these morons for your own sake, these people are grifters and essentially attempt to steal your money. 1 star is way too much for this atrocious company. I can only assume the positive reviews here are from ‘insiders’. The supposed ‘CEO’ of Nireeka isn’t fit to work at McDonalds.

but already today 18.october its arrive in my home,
everything is nice packing , no scratch , nothing is missing , all is perfect !

the only thing , no idea how i can put a stand :(

DO NOT BUY FROM NIREEKA!!!!!

I purchased the Revenant 1000 from Nireeka coming up on 2 years ago, and it has been an absolute disaster. They initially said it would take 4 months to receive the bike, but after 8 months, I still hadn’t received anything. I contacted them repeatedly, asking for updates, and they went completely silent for months. This was the beginning of a long, frustrating back-and-forth that spanned over a year, with Nireeka often taking *weeks, sometimes even over a month* to respond to my messages.

After almost a year, I had to open a fraud case with my bank just to get their attention. Only then did they finally tell me the bike was ready, but they didn’t have the parts I wanted or even the correct color. At this point, I just wanted the bike, so I agreed to their compromises.

When the bike finally arrived, I took it for a ride, and everything seemed fine. However, the very next day, disaster struck. The bike’s battery was at 70%, and within a minute, it dropped to 0% and completely died, leaving me stranded. I contacted Nireeka immediately, and this began yet another painful back-and-forth process. It would take *weeks, sometimes over a month*, for them to respond to a single message. They eventually sent me a new battery, which didn’t fix the issue. Then they sent me a new charger—that didn’t work either. And after that, they essentially went dark.

Here we are almost *two years later, and I’m still stuck with a broken bike. Nireeka refuses to refund my money and insists that I should pay **$150* to ship it back to them for repairs. I don’t even want the bike anymore! Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they continue to ignore me.

This company is an absolute nightmare. If you’re thinking about buying from Nireeka, *DON’T*. I’ve wasted almost two years and countless hours dealing with their poor communication and horrible service. You will regret doing business with them, I promise.

Theives

I ordered a bike 3 months ago and have complained multiple times. They offered to send me a complimentary bike while I wait which never happened. They also told me that they cannot refund me. This website is a scam. They're telling me I now have to pay an additional $800 to import the bike. Classic scammer red flags. They are thieves. Stay clear of this website and spread the word.

I ordered on 4 june 23 a mega fat bike, extra options also, more then 5200$, on 10 april 24 they give me a fake tracking nr at ups, they never received the bike we are now 16 august 24, if i can give a good advice to potential buyers, do not buy or order a bike there!!! Big scam, I opened a ticket, always bullsh about this or that, to my last ticket they never answered, i asked for refund also no refund, I guess I will never see a dime back of my money, I'm starting a case with police and my lawyer now.

I am now convinced that this company was create it.By a company called sondors ebike. The way they communicate with their customers. The way you pay for your ebike And most important part is how long you have to wait for a ebike. That they do not have but continue to sell a Ebike. they do not have or do not have the parts for it from china. Stay away And shop from your neighborhood. It's just a clown with a new face.

Don’t waste your time or money with this company

Order two bikes in November 2023. Received one in Jan. 2024. The other has never showed up. Finally got a refund from PayPal. I would not waste my time or money with this company. Even if you get a bike from this company don’t expect anything in the way of support.

borderline scam/fraud

this company has potential with beautiful/unique frames. but customer service is the absolute worst. filled with lies. the shipping timeline makes no sense. if you are in the states, and want one of these, check the inventory, vs, customizing one. they do have their name associated with a couple stores on west coast, that have several models in stock.
i paid for a bike in dec,2023. it is june 28/2024, and i am just getting a refund. lots and lots of other reviews dealing with shipping. so i don't want to bash them, i am currently waiting on a diff. model than i previously ordered customized, from a stateside store. i will update this review then.
..update 6/30/2024 7:10am, again another misleading statement from nireeka. they refunded my money because i told them to for FAILING their end of the sale. i paid BEFORE MY REFUND...for another model.

Why does Nireeka operate dishonestly

I attempted to purchase a 4,000.00 e-bike from this company almost 3 months ago and this is my story.
As many other customers have stated, this is not an honest company. The customer service dept is almost impossible to reach and continues to lie about shipping dates and product status.
I don't understand how this will help their reputation as a rapidly growing company with a seemingly great product line. The best product in the world is seriously compromised if your staff won’t
Provide support to your customer.
I see no alternative but to file a dispute with my credit card company to try and salvage some or all of my losses if I can’t get a rapid resolution . As other customers have stated Nireeka censors out any negative reviews and has no apparent path for order cancellations or refunds.
If the CEO of Nireeka happens to read this review, I appeal to you sir to do the right thing and either ship out my order promptly , or refund my money.
It is a shame that you preface your own personal email link with a refusal to accept any messages regarding unsatisfactory ordering issues. You are clearly out of touch with your customers.

Future buyers, be aware of where you are going

Future buyers,

To summarize, the quality of the customer support / delivery you got, is catastrophic and not improving.
I wanted to write a post for all potential buyers to confirm that even today (05/24) it’s not getting better.
Recently Nireeka started censoring all negative comments in their forum / social media accounts (my account has been blocked after confirming that the bike is not reaching the speed announced, and all answer on the forum joining other users about problem we faced were deleted).
This is aligned with the rest of communication and quality problems from their team.
I’m still waiting for my tires and accessories that were missing in the original delivery.
Two month now that I'm waiting for a tracking number, still nothing received and this even after all the problem faced before, already with the initial bike order (announced to be delivered in August 2023, received in February 2024, fake tracking at first, Fake support update, finally a real tracking number after multiple complains, etc..).

After using the new Mega 1500 for some times here are some feedback.

Starting with negative points as there is a lot:
- the announced speed can’t be reached (50 km/h max in good conditions)
- the frame is low, even the bigger size, resulting in frequent contact of the pedal with the floor.
- the backlight smart feature is not working, also doing a buzzing noise which is quite strong (request opened for support for more than 2 months, no solution or help proposed). The cable used to connect it is also really thin and can be cut if you lower the saddle too much
- they kept the metal button on the side close to the battery which is apparently used for ABS feature (but useless for other users not having it)
- all equipment out of the frame, the motor, battery and Shimano components, are really cheap (upgraded comfort saddle, handles, pedals, plastics…). I had for example to purchase new handgrips, saddle and certainly pedals soon.
-The marking of the frame “assembled in Canada” is basically another lie as the bike is made and assembled in China and delivered to customers directly (partially assembled).

Now the positive:
- The frame looks great
- Even if not achieving the announced performances, the bike is still impressive to use.
- Suspensions are quite good by default.

I’m hope this could help you with a future decision, but as of today i would recommend you to find another brand.

Mega is a perfect bike.

Mega is a perfect bike for the forest, snow, sand or asphalt. So much so that I had to buy a second one for my wife. All my friends are very impressed with how well it drives. The entire bike weighs less than 30 kg with the battery, easy to transport on a rack with a hook. Great communication with the team, immediate response to all questions, the entire process from order to receipt took several months. It's worth the wait. I recommend to everyone.

Total Scam

Placed my $4k order in August 2023 with a delivery date of “November”. After November was gone, I attempted to cancel my order since they didn’t meet their part of the agreement. The bike was not even ready, let alone shipped (6 more weeks of shipping) at that point. They had the nerve to refuse to cancel my order, effectively hijacking my money. Seriously? In this day and age? I had to go through a 1+ month long bank dispute, documentation, etc. They held my money hostage. BUYER BEWARE. This is a scam. Borderline if not passed the threshold of fraud. Thankfully, I used a credit card with purchase protection, and I won. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague.
