BEWARE! I ordered a gut test from the company and the box arrived partially damaged but the materials seemed to be intact. I completed the test and sent in the results but never received any confirmation that my kit was received. I emailed the company and haven't received any response for a month. There is no phone number available to speak with someone directly. This company seems to be a scam.
I ordered the Nirvana Biome Guy Test but immediately realized it was the wrong product and tried to cancel through their website. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I never received a response—but I was still charged. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, the company claimed I had received the full service. In reality, all I received was a plastic cup for a stool sample.
This appears to be another company that does not have a real customer service team to respond to inquiries. I would not recommend using their services. Stay far away.
