Done with Nissan!

It's hard to understand how a global company like Nissan could have such a terrible website and customer service line. Every single time I try to log in, I have to reset my password and it still doesn't accept it. This is a known issue because when you call the 800# the auto -attendant states you have to reset your password. I gave up even trying to log in anymore. Then calling the 800# is just as bad. The auto-attendant keeps asking the same question over and over again, and the wait is ridiculously long. I own a business that relies entirely on customer service, and I would never allow my clients to have anything less than a stellar customer service experience.
I've been a loyal Nissan customer for 15 years. I've leased four Nissan vehicles during that time, but I am done. Until Nissan terminates their current website vendor and the Nissan director in charge of overseeing them, I would never consider buying or leasing another vehicle from them. If they can't manage a website, then they can't build a decent vehicle.

I would not suggest Nissan to anyone

I would not suggest Nissan to anyone. Nissan is known for putting these bad cvt transmisions in these cars. Mainly Versas, Sentras, and Altimas. They want you to pay money for a new transmission so that they can get more money. They make these cars cheap for you because they will have more problems. They sell you on the fact that they are great on gas. I have bought 2 Nissans. Rogue and Sentra and both cars needed new transmission. This is my last time getting Nissan. Im moving on to Honda. Nissan USA didnt care about the fact that I tried to gst the car fixed under warranty. They kept telling me a code didnt come up. If you ask me I think they are lying. We arent back there with the mechanics to know the truth. Because if the car is fixed under warranty then no one gets paid. They are all money hungry. There is currently a law suit taking place as we speak on Nissan for 2.77 million compensation for scamming their customers. If you dont believe me look it up and try to sign up for the settlement. Thats all they want. Hear me when I say this. Dont get Nissan!!! Dont do it!!!

WORST EVER VEHICLE MANUFACTURER…

WORST EVER VEHICLE MANUFACTURER EXPERIENCE

I WOULD GIVE ZERO RATING, IF I COULD.

I AM FACING AN ISSUE AMOST 1 YEAR- UNABLE TO CONNECT MY BRAND NEW 2023 SUV WITH NISSAN CONNECT FEATURE (MOBILE APP).
BOTH NISSAN CONSUMER SERVICE AND DEALER ARE NOT RESPONSIVE, I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK FORTH FOR LAST ONE YEAR, ISSUE IS STILL THERE.
NISSAN CONSUMER AGENTS ALWAYS TRYING PASS THE ISSUE TO DEALER AND CLOSE THE CASE. NO FOLLW UP, AS A CUSTOMER I HAD TO BEG THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

MY RECOMMENDATION IS ZEROOO FOR THIS MANUFACTURER.

Great cars

I am just thankful to this company because I am an owner of the car from this brand.
I mean, I get along with everything, they manufacture nice cars for different social layers. If you wanna be a street racer, then pay attention to their skylines which are kinda renowned due to video games.
Wanna have a good time with your family in the trip, surrounded by comfort and modernity, then look at other models.

I bought a used Altima in January of…

I bought a used Altima in January of 2018. It had 47000 miles on it and I paid $15k for it. In June of 23 I took it in with a slipping CVT transmission. The mileage was only 51k. The class action lawsuit applied up to 84k miles or 7 years. It was 20 days past. I appealed to Nissan and they would not provide any compensation

Nissan rogue…bad transmission in just 8yrs

I just bought a 2015 nissan rogue with just 91k and engine light turned on. When showed to dealer, he mentioned it requires transmission change. Just after 8yrs and less than 100k miles, i ended up spending 1/3rd of car’s msrp.
One of the mechanic whom i showed engine light, he told me that nissan rogue is a trash car and starts giving issues in few years.

When i contacted nissan usa and requested to do a root cause of failure, they simply declined to do it.

I will never ever buy a nissan again and also wont recommend to anyone.

The Nissan Skeletor Review

The Nissan Skeletor Review
Before you buy, check my rating.
At 28,000 miles, I started having problems with the front end, brakes and suspension, making noise, ongoing steering boot making noise when turning, I was injured when my Rogue's steering wheel locked up on me while I was driving. I almost got killed. Persistent, ongoing noise has plagued the front end, brakes, steering column, and motor noise is very loud on my Rogue. Around 30,000 miles, I started feeling vibration in the steering, hard to keep the thing on the road, the suspension is horrible, the ride is bumpy like driving a Mack truck, and the cabin noise is off the charts. The worst driving experience that I have ever had. Nissan USA doesn't stand behind their products. Nissan is selling defective vehicles and I got proof. Nissan USA has ignored my injures and the steering issues with the Rogue's steering wheel locking up while driving (potential safety hazard) a deathtrap waiting to kill somebody. Buy at your own risk, and remember that you've been warned. Check out my YouTube video #My Nissan Deathtrap for more information.

I contacted corporate Nissan USA to ask…

I contacted corporate Nissan USA to ask for support about the indiscriminate and unusual discharge of the main battery in my 2020 Nissan Leaf SL Plus vehicle. The vehicle has 25400 miles on the odometer and has been failing to report accurate battery level information for more than a year, causing much distress and safety issues when the battery suddenly drained fully on trips. I took the vehicle to a local dealer and paid for diagnostics to be completed. The results were not able to diagnose the cause of the battery drain problem and they claimed that the battery was functioning properly.
When the problem became even worse, resulting in having to have the vehicle towed to a safe place on one occasion, I called Nissan Connect and the issue was escalated to talk to Nissan Consumer Services USA, and they called me back,
I repeated all that I had reported previously to the local Nissan dealer and to Nissan Connect. They were very sympathetic and apologized profusely, but said that I would have to take the vehicle back to have another diagnostic testing done by a dealer of my choice before they could do anything further. Unfortunately, their dealers are all "independent dealerships" so, they could not set it up or pay for the tests and the dealer's results were my responsibility. I have a 120000-mile "bumper-to-bumper" warranty contract on the vehicle. However, diagnostic tests are not covered, unless repairs are indicated as being necessary (per the dealer). Therefore, Nissan Consumer Services USA said they could do nothing more for me.
Is this good customer service or a good example of support they give for their very expensive vehicles? I think not!

Unprofessional

Unprofessional, I would not suggest this dealership to anyone seriously looking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle that was unready and given false dates of when to pick this vehicle up 3 times. This resulted in me paying unnecessary travel expenses, this lead a complete waste of finances to attempt to obtain insurance for the vehicle. To this the dealers only response essentially amounted to "My job is to hard." Because they were out of loaners and could not be provided a rental they made me waste 10 days waiting for them. Even though I provided a down payment and signed all the paperwork for the vehicle. Upon me attempting to terminate the contract I was lied to by my dealer, Anthony Henry and was told that a termination of the contract would not be possible.

Bad CVT transmission!

Nissan sentra 60,000 miles on it with complete transmission failure. I was so devastated. I had just paid off the car!! A TRANSMISSION SHOULD LAST MORE THAN 60,000 MILES!! Autumn from Nissan customer service was cold hearted and condescending. Nissian is "Innovation that excites but leaves you in the parking lot". I will never buy a Nissan again after that terrible experience.

Bought brand new Titan Truck

Bought brand new Titan Truck, as soon as few days after purchase the GPS system and audio system had issue, transmission was kicking. Went few times since November 2021 till now just wasting my time. They couldn’t fix audio and GPS system, and they were saying no problem with transmission but another dealer found issues and now nobody can fix it because there is no part available for unknown timing. So it will be my last Nissan and I am telling everyone to stay away from Nissan.
It’s a shame for a big company that can’t stand behind their product.

Worst purchase ever

I have to say that out of all vehicles I have ever owned new or used this one is the worst. It has been in the shop more then 10 times in 2 years and now with less then 15k miles I am told it needs new tires. The dealership and Nissan acknowledge the abnormal tire wear but say tires are not under warranty not just that but have no warranty. Suggested I call tire manufacturer Yokohama and guess what they said not covered either but on top of it he explained to me that the tires on a new Nissan are not the same quality or made with the same material as there normal tires. Says no Nissan has tires specially made to ride a particular way and that cuts down on tire quality. Even called local dealer that sold me the junk pile and they asked me to bring it in so they could look at it and then after wasting more of my time and gas said no tires are not covered under your bumper to bumper warranty although we do see they are abnormally worn even though all maintenance has been done and the vehicle has never been off a traditional driving surface.

2016 Nissan Maxima Transmission DEAD

I brought my 2016 Nissan Maxima in on August 29, 2022 because the car kept trying to cut off on me. I had been trying for 3 weeks to get an appointment to no avail. I bought my car brand new December 23, 2015 with about 3 miles on it. I only have 58,700 miles on my car to date, so there is no reason for my transmission to be giving me issues. They stayed calling, emailing, mailing and bothering me a year prior to trade my car in. I have only taken my car to them for oil changes and check ups. I havent been treated like the loyal customer they say I am in their communications. I was advised it could take upto 2 weeks for a transmission to be installed. My advisor who does his job greatly always returns my calls but not "the" manager. So my issue is with Nissan Union City and Nissan (USA) Corporation. To date (September 21, 2022) my car is still sitting, which I saw it yesterday in the back. I asked about customer loyalty loaner car. I was told they dont loan cars only rent them. I can see if I just got a car from them but I went from 12 Altima to 14 Altima to 16 Maxima. Yet they stated on BBB to giving loaners out. I dont feel I am a valued customer as they inform me when trying to get me out of my car into a newer car. I have been coming out my pocket $30-$40 a day for rentals to get back and forth to work. I got the extended warranty through them and was told I had a great warranty to cover rentals. But didnt say it only counts towards the labor hours and not the time they have your car. I just paid this car off and now I am struggling to make it to work. There is absolutely no reason why I cant get a loaner and MAINLY WHY my car's transmission is gone at 58K miles bought brand new. I am in complete distress near depressed because that car is how I get to work and make money in this economy. I dont feel valued or appreciated as they say. Pardon my grammar, I am just discombobulated with the chains of events.

My family love the Nissan Altima

My family love the Nissan Altima, we 7 currently in my family alone. But our local dealership in Enid , OK repair shop is not up to par. What does an appointment mean if you have to wait several hours for routine oil change? I'm seriously thinking about not buying a Nissan just because of the service department.

I purchased a used 2016 Nissan Versa…

I purchased a used 2016 Nissan Versa approximately three years ago from a Mazda dealership on Rt 18 in New Jersey. All the proper documentation was provided. My bad as it clearly turned out not to be enough. It turned out the car had a bad right wheel bearing. Paid accordingly to have it repaired. Well here I am now with a five year old Nisan Versa with a bad transmission. I'm told it's just out of warranty and as such Nissan won't cover the replacement. Five years to me for a bad transmission seems premature. Your thoughts are welcomed and appreciated.
