Placed an order on July 17 and it’s coming up to the 27th without any updates from them.

Tried emailing but didn’t get any reply. The phone number just rings and rings until it goes through to a mobile phone voicemail.

I’m planning to dispute the payment with my bank because I’ve not received my order and the company appears to be unreachable.

Item charged in pounds, invoice issued in euros for the same amount.
No communication whatsoever to clarify.
Item not delivered or even shipped. No response to repeated emails.
Big mistake buying from here. Avoid at all costs!

I bought about 100 euros of stuff over the holidays, from France. That's not a small purchase. After my money was taken, I've essentially not received any news from the company, despite sending them emails asking for more information.

At the time of writing, it hasn't been a full week, so maybe they are just terrible at the support part, and I'll actually receive my items soon. If that happens, I will update this review accordingly.

tritiumworkshop is a better supplier. Too bad they were sold out!

Ordered two of the same product. Took ages to get dispatched. They were not cheap and was expecting premium quality. On arrival, the keychains were ok quality but had a blue ink type thing on the top that I couldn’t remove. I contacted support and they initially helped, but then started ignoring me. I messaged several times but had no response.

I would consider another retailer over this company.

Broken in 2 weeks
And i asked in their chat do i have to pay import fees to Belgium?
They said- probably not since it has low value, so i order one and guess what, i have to pay 25 euro import and tax, More then the the product price 7 euro for shipping and it arrives 2 weeks later because they did not declare anything, the research and paperwork customs had to do was for my account, over 50 euro in total and it breaks after 2 weeks just from dropping my keys
Absolute crap, they knew all to well i had to pay extra and screwed me over. you can find tritium keychains on Amazon for way less, should have bought there.

Bought several items (100+ euro). As this is a store in the UK and I live in the EU I had to pay import fees, not mentioned anywhere but support was quick to help. Sadly, I wouldn't get excellent service like that the entire time.

When the products arrived, sadly one of them had some minor but still visible damage. I should have returned the product immediately but instead I contacted support to help me.

This was a major mistake. Like before they were quick, but then they ghosted me even. Even after I asked them several times in a month, it never helped. I opened an additional mail dispute but they never answered.

Other products were fine, but I wouldn't risk buying from here again. In the end I had to buy the damaged product somewhere else.
