Alpha Z Clipper Race Sp. Edition… All questions were answered in a quite surprisingly rapid manner. After a bit of back and forth, The Team found a way to apply the relevant discount and the rest of the purchase proceeded smoothly. Delivery was well within the expected timeframe, and from what I’m told, the watch appears in good working order. Hope to have it in my own hands, real soon.
For now, I’ll say thank you for service received and look forward to seeing it on my wrist when next I sail across an ocean.

Great service excelent comunication from a UK company.
In a world were disposability is second nature, we tend to buy things expecting them to have a limited life, and we expect that manufactures will have a blase attitutude towards repair of these items, in many cases building obsolescence into them so you will have to buy the next new thing.
My Nite Alpha watch after 8 years of almost non stop on my wrist do anything go anwhere abuse, started to loose time, I contacted Nite's service department, and fully expected the usual it's to old or cant be repaired line.
But nothing was further from the the truth email replys where swift and informative, I returned my watch to them and with 24 hrs I had a report and cost to repair, which was very resonable.
I paid online same day and the watch was cleaned serviced and returned within 48 hrs excelent service.
Here is to the next 8 years of use from my Alpha watch.

Bought a MX 10 Nov22, returned it Feb24 for poor time keeping, told NFF, returned again Nov24 for poor time keeping, told NFF, returned March 25 checked & battery replaced, Jan26 lucky if I loose 10 minutes or more per day now, have to correct it to the right thing every morning

I Looked at a lot of watch reviews and took my time but was so impressed by nite watches and even better a british company. I could not decide which to get so ordered the mx10 and alpha and so glad i did both are lovely well built watches. I was that impressed i ordered an hawk a few days later not dissapointed at all, great company and great service.

Already have the MX10 shadow and bought a second as a gift for my best friend, now this absolutely amazing watch, almost perfect in every aspect except for the second and hour hand look like cheap pressed tin as they are not coloured or finished very well, the advertised image on the site also shows a machined groove in the centre of the winder/adjuster with an o’ring in the centre which isn’t on the delivered production model that I received?
Other than the fact you can’t un-see these things when you notice it and every time you look it’s a let down the watch itself is truly amazing..

Great watches with a screw down crown which is a new feature.

Years ago I bought a Nite Marquess and a while back our jeweller lost one of the tiny steel screws when changing the battery. Nite sent us a new (and now rare) bolt to replace the brass replacement and so grateful to the teaml. Little things matter!
