Update: I ordered from my android phone and recieved a watch without engraving. And then was told it was my fault.
So I went back to check and after several tests, adding engraving does not work from my android. I then tried the purchase from my PC and it works as mentioned. I wonder if anyone at Nite watch tests their transaction process on the phone....A more professional service would have asked about my order platform and steps rather than simply dismiss as user error.

Our sales platform is a generic website that is fully compatible with both Android devices and PCs. There are two clearly separate ordering options for the Clipper Alpha Z Special Edition:
One link is specifically for the engraved edition. This option includes two required fields where engraving details must be entered before the order can be completed.
The second, separate link is for purchasing the Alpha Z Clipper without engraving.
This order was placed using the non-engraved product link, and the item supplied matches the order placed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item within 28 days in line with our returns policy, which is available on our website.
As the correct item was ordered and supplied, we do not consider this to be a customer service error. However, we have provided a clear resolution through our standard returns process. If these options are not accepted, we will consider the matter resolved and closed.

Replacement strap
I ordered a replacement strap for my Alpha watch and though royal mail said it had been delivered, it had not.
I contacted the team to see if they could help and they sent out another strap the next day.
That arrived fine.

My watch had stopped abruptly and the battery was not the problem. I contacted Nite, then sent my watch in for service. Needed a service, clean and new works. Promptly done and returned shortly after my payment. All good. Think it cost me £85 plus the postage out to Nite.

Hi Phil, We do not offer a simple battery change at our workshop, when you open a watch to change a battery, the gasket seal is disturbed and water resistance can be compromised, we remain cautious about maintaining overall integrity and compliance when the watch is opened. Tool Watch King
The Alpha Z Blackout is the tool watch killer. It is a dead accurate quartz movement with a clean and sleek sapphire face, a gorgeous tritium glow, scope turret like bezel with great engagement, perfectly balanced case design, and its blacked out discretion is just taking that to another level. The PVD bracelet is elegant and functional, it has a no nonsense screw in crown with two click pull for date and time. I believe this watch will withstand what I give it, and don’t see any other watch replacing this one.

Bought the Nite Hawk Flare.
Watch came fast and in great condition.
Not 5 stars as I was told by email that Nite watches were not re-stocking the Hawk Flare model. They re-stocked it a week or two later and I received no update of the re-stock through email or otherwise.
Other than that, happy with the purcahse.

I’m very sorry for the confusion and the frustration this has caused.
When you originally enquired, the next production run had already been arranged and a decision had been made not to continue producing the Flare. Shortly afterwards, we received a final delivery of remaining Hawk watches, which included a batch of 26 Flare pieces that had previously been missed from the allocation.
With the high volume of enquiries we receive each day, it isn’t always possible for us to revisit earlier messages to update individual customers, so we do rely on website updates to reflect availability. That said, we understand this isn’t ideal, and we take your feedback seriously.
We’re now improving our process by tagging all customer enquiries so we can better track interest and proactively update customers when stock situations change.

Wanted the mx10 explorer for a few months. Met Roger and some of the mavericks on a few summits of penyfan. Incredible bunch of people. I feel very lucky to finally have this watch. Even more so after meeting them and hearing their stories.
