Contrary to two of the reviews on this page, I had a particular request I made to them. My emails were replied to very quickly, they fulfilled my request and I had a delivery to following day. Absolutely excellent customer service was my experience.
Bought a butane gas from which only worked for five weeks. they have refused to replace. Ebay and paypal refuse to let me dispute this transaction because the guarantee runs out after 30 days,
Ordered a 3 burner gas stove which they correctly showed on the pdf confirmation they emailed back, they then sent a one burner grill. I emailed them immediately with a picture of the incorrect item and rang them but got a recorded message to email them. Two days later still no response to my emails or phone calls. They have a mobile number but no land line. That should have set alarm bells ringing. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so should get my money back.
